نقش نيروي انتظامي در تأمين امنيت پارك هاي منطقه اي از ديدگاه زنان

Women’s point of view regarding the role of police force in the security of regional parks

نقش پليس در افزايش امنيت فضاهاي شهري از مهم ترين رويكردهايي است كه جوامع پيشرفته در زمينه ي علوم اجتماعي، مديريتي و طراحي محيط بدان توجه دارند. آنچه از امنيت به عنوان دريافت عيني و ذهني ياد مي شود ناشي از ساختار و نحوه ي چيدمان محيط است؛ بنابراين براي افزايش آن بايستي معيارها و استانداردهايي براي طراحي فضاهاي شهري در نظر گرفت. اين قوانين بر پايه ي رفتارهاي جوامع غربي شكل گرفته‌اند. نكته‌ي مهمي كه كم‌تر بدان پرداخته شده، عامل جنسيت و توجه به اقشار مختلف زنان است. هدف از اين تحقيق، مشخص نمودن معيارها و ضوابطي است كه به طور مشخص به جزئيات ريزترِ احساس امنيت در رابطه با قشر زن مي پردازد؛ خاستگاه هايي كه شايد تنها در حد دريافت ذهني بوده و به واقع وجود خارجي نداشته باشند، ولي در هر صورت كارايي محيط را تحت تأثير قرار مي دهند. براي نيل به اين هدف، در نمونه ي مورد نظر در مقاطع مختلف، تعداد افراد شمارش شده است. در ادامه از خود زنان تحت پرسشنامه اي خواسته شده كه زمينه هاي كاهش احساس امنيت را در فضاهاي شهري شرح دهند. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد در كشورهايي كه ساختار فرهنگي و اعتقادي عميق تري وجود دارد، بايستي معيارهاي جزئي تري را در ارتباط با زنان در شاخصه هاي طراحي محيط لحاظ نمايد و نقش نيروي انتظامي در اين مهم بسيار حائز اهميت مي‌باشد.

The role of police in the security of urban areas is among the main issues drawing the attention of developed countries regarding social sciences, management and environment design. What is subjectively and objectively understood of security comes from the structure and the design of the environment. Therefore, to improve the security there must be some standards and criteria for designing the urban spaces. These rules and regulation have been set based on western society’s behavioral patterns and a point less attended to is the factor of gender and its different groups. The purpose of the present study is setting rules and regulations which specifically deal with finer details of the feeling of security regarding to female gender i.e. an issue which might just at the level of a subjective understanding without any objectivity but anyway affects the function of the environment. To do so, during different stages in the sample, individuals were counted i.e. Comparing the number of males and females’ presence in the park, we can come up with the number of their presence in every path. After that, the females under study were asked to describe the factors of the feeling of insecurity in urban areas. The results indicated that in countries where there is deeper and more consolidated cultural and belief structures, finer and more detailed environmental design criteria regarding females must be set and also police force plays a striking role in this regard.
