چكيده فارسي :
ﭼﻤﻦ ﻫﺎ ﻫﻨﮕﺎم رﺷﺪ و ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ داراي ﻧﯿﺎز آﺑﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﯾﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﯾﮑﻨﻮاﺧﺖ آﺑﯿﺎري ﺷﻮﻧﺪ. در ﺻﻮرت ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ رﺷﺪ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان در ﻣﺼﺮف آب ﻧﯿﺰ ﺻﺮﻓﻪ ﺟﻮﯾﯽ ﻧﻤﻮد. ﻓﺴﺘﻮﮐﺎي ﺑﻠﻨﺪ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﭼﻤﻦ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺼﻞ ﺳﺮد در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺧﺸﮏ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺲ، اﻣﻮاج ﻣﺨﺎﺑﺮاﺗﯽ، اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﺴﯿﺘﻪ ﺳﺎﮐﻦ، ﺟﺮﯾﺎن اﻟﮑﺘﺮﯾﮑﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﯿﻢ و ﻣﺘﻨﺎوب، اﻣﻮاج ﺻﻮﺗﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮه در ﺣﺎﻻت ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﺮ رﺷﺪ ﺑﻌﻀﯽ از ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن اﺛﺮ ﻣﯽ ﮔﺬارد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺷﺪت و ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﻣﯿﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﻓﺴﺘﻮﮐﺎي ﺑﻠﻨﺪ )Festuca arandinacea(، ﻣﯿﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ ﻣﺘﻨﺎوب ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت ﻫﺎي 0/5 و 5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﺗﺴﻼ در دو زﻣﺎن 5 و 50 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ و ﻣﯿﺪان اﯾﺴﺘﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 50 ﻣﯿﻠﯽ ﺗﺴﻼ و زﻣﺎن 150 دﻗﯿﻘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻫﺎ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. در اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ اﺛﺮ ﻣﯿﺪان ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺴﯽ و اﻟﮑﺘﺮو ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﯿﺲ ﺑﺮ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﭼﻤﻦ، ﺳﺮﻋﺖ و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ آن ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻫﯿﭻ اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﯿﻦ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎ، در ﻣﻮرد درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر و ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ زﻣﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﻻزم اﺳﺖ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﯿﻤﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻔﺎوت و ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮاي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﭼﻤﻦ، ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Turf grasses have high water requirements during germination and growth and they must be irrigated constantly. If the condition of germination and growth improves, water could be saved. Tall festuca is one of the most important cool-season grasses in arid areas. Using magnet, carrier waves, static electricity, sound waves, etc. could influence some plants growth in specific conditions. In order to study the influence of flux density and different duration of magnetic field seeds of Festuca arandinacea were exposed to 0.5 mT and 5 mT magnetic fields and 50 mT static field for 5, 50 and minutes, respectively. The influence of magnetic field and electromagnetic on the percent of seed germination, germination rate and mean germination time were investigated. The results showed that no significant difference was observed between different treatments for seed germination percentage and mean germination time. Further research with optimized treatments is required to use this technology to improve festuca germination.
