نقش امنيت تفرجگاه‌ها در توسعه ي منطقه (مطالعه ي موردي: دهستان جمع‌ آبرود)

The role of security of recreational places in the development of regions(case study: Jam’e Abrood village)

تفرج شامل كليه‌ي تفريحاتي است كه در خارج از محيط‌هاي بسته و محدود انجام مي‌گيرد. تفرج در محيط‌هاي باز به فضا و منابع نياز دارد. از مناسب‌ترين منابعي كه مي‌توانند كيفيت تفرج را بالا ببرند، مي‌توان به منابع طبيعي كم‌تر تغيير يافته اشاره كرد كه هنوز جنبه‌هاي زيبايي شناسي خود را حفظ كرده‌اند. اما لازمه‌ي تفريح سالم در فضاهاي بكر و طبيعي وجود امنيت در داخل و خارج از تفرجگاه مي‌باشد؛ به عبارت ديگر تأمين امنيت تفرجگاه‌ها از سوي دستگاه‌هاي مسئول ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. در اين پژوهش با استفاده از مدل مخدوم و نرم‌افزار ArcGIS، ارزيابي توان اكولوژيكي تفرج، براي دهستان جمع‌ آبرود انجام شد، سپس با بررسي مناطق داراي توان تفرج، بخش‌هايي كه هم ‌اكنون داراي كاربري تفرج هستند، مشخص شد و در نهايت نقش برقراري امنيت در ميزان استفاده‌ي مردم مناطق اطراف از جمله شهر پرجمعيت تهران از اين تفرجگاه‌ها و در نتيجه ميزان توسعه‌ي منطقه بررسي شد. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد با اين كه فعاليت زيادي براي برقراري امنيت فيزيكي(ساختاري) و اجتماعي تفرجگاه‌ها در اين دهستان انجام نمي‌شود، اما با توجه به نزديكي دهستان به شهر تهران، مردم پايتخت تا حدودي براي گذراندن تعطيلات از اين تفرجگاه‌ها استفاده مي‌كنند و اين موضوع گوياي اين واقعيت است كه در صورت ايجاد زيرساخت‌هاي فيزيكي(مثل: جاده‌ها) براي حمل ‌و نقل ايمن در منطقه و همچنين برقراري امنيت اجتماعي در داخل تفرجگاه‌ها ميزان استقبال مردم از تفرجگاه‌هاي اين دهستان افزايش مي‌يابد، در نتيجه دهستان با سرعت بيش‌تري به سمت توسعه يافتگي حركت خواهد كرد.

Recreation includes all types of having fun done outside enclosed spaces. Recreation in open spaces requires facilities most appropriate of which include natural resources and less developed areas which have kept their aesthetic aspects and can boost the quality of recreation. On the other hand, a clean fun in natural environments requires security inside and outside that environment. That is to say, it is a duty of officials to maintain security. Using the Makhdoom model and ArcGIS software, the present study has assessed the ecological potential of Jam’abrood village for recreation. Then, studying other regions enjoying potential for fun, regions having potential for fun were determined and finally the role of security in the level of peoples’ usage of those regions in the surrounding regions specially the city of Tehran were studied. The results indicate that although not much is done for maintaining physical (structural) and social security in this village, due to the closeness to the city of Tehran, people of the capital use this region to spend their holidays. This fact suggests that in case of the existence of physical infrastructures ( such as roads …) for safe transportation and also maintaining social security inside the recreational places, people will use the recreational places of this village much more often and as a result it will move toward development with a much higher speed.
