بررسي عوامل موثر بر انتقال و توسعه فناوري در كشورهاي در حال توسعه آبياري

Nowadays, technology is one of the most important bases of countries economic development and growth, so that the great progress of developed countries in divers fields indebted to technology. With due attention to this subject, the developing countries (specially Asian countries) because of the technological gap between themselves and developed countries, also in order to countervail their economic backwardness, have started great efforts to gain the new technologies. The transfer and development of technology are interrelated processes that developing countries can utilize them for gaining technology. It is usually said that in short-term transfer of technology is suitable and in long-term development of technology is necessary but exploiting them simultaneously can be more helpful. Since the main goal of this research is to study the determinant factors on transfer and development of technology in Asian developing countries, we have focused on, both theoretical and empirical views. There for, the first, are devoted to the critical point of view which include, the process of changes in theories related to technology conceptualization, transfer and development of technology. Then, contains lessons obtained from experiments of Asian developing countries especially focusing on determinant factors of transfer and development of technology in these countries. We conclude that divers factors such as economic, political, cultural and social factors are simultaneously effective on level of success of these countries in relation to transfer and development of technology.
