بررسي تطبيقي اجتناب از تجربه و ناگويي خلقي در افراد مبتلابه سوءمصرف مواد و افراد سالم

Comparative Study of Avoidance of Experience and Alexithymia in Individuals with Substance Abuse and Healthy People

هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر بررسي تطبيقي اجتناب از تجربه و ناگويي خلقي در افراد مبتلابه سوءمصرف مواد و افراد سالم مي‌باشد. اين مطالعه، يك پژوهش توصيفي از نوع علّي- مقايسه‌اي است. جامعه آماري شامل تمامي افراد مراجعه‌كننده به كلينيك‌هاي ترك اعتياد استان گيلان در سال 97-1396 مي‌باشد كه در اين راستا تعداد 290 نفر از آن‌ها (145 نفر سوءمصرف كننده و 145 نفر سالم) با روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربي و مقياس ناگويي خلقي پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها از روش آماري تحليل واريانس چند متغيره استفاده شد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه بين افراد سوءمصرف كننده و افراد سالم ازلحاظ اجتناب از تجربه و ناگويي خلقي تفاوت معناداري وجود دارد و ميانگين نمرات افراد سوءمصرف كننده نسبت به افراد سالم در متغيرهاي اجتناب از تجربه و ناگويي خلقي بيشتر بود. بااين‌وجود اجتناب از تجربه و ناگويي خلقي به‌طور منطقي اين ظرفيت رادارند كه به‌عنوان متغيرهايي در درمان سوءمصرف مواد در نظر گرفته شوند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the comparative avoidance of experience and Alexithymia in people with substance abuse and healthy people. This study is a causal-comparative study. The statistical population consisted of all individuals referring to addiction treatment clinics of Guilan province in the year 1391-97. In this regard, 290 of them (145 abusers and 145 healthy people) were selected by statistical sampling method and were asked to complete a questionnaire. Empirical avoidance and Alexithymia scale. The data were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance analysis. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between abusers and healthy people in terms of avoidance of experience and mood nougat, and the mean scores of abusing people were higher than those in healthy subjects in the avoidance of experience and Alexithymia. However, avoidance of experience and Alexithymia logically have the capacity to be considered as variables in the treatment of drug abuse.
