Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Drawing-Up Plan for Addicts (Case Study: Semnan Province Police Department) to Prevent the Abuse of Organized Groups for Drugs Sale

هدف از انجام اين تحقيق ارزيابي اثربخشي طرح جمع‌آوري معتادين متجاهر در استان سمنان جهت جلوگيري از سوءاستفاده معتادين توسط گروه‌هاي جرائم سازمان‌يافته مي‌باشد. جامعه آماري در اين طرح كارشناسان مواد مخدر و اعضاي گروه‌هاي خود معرف به كمپ در استان سمنان مي‌باشند كه به علت وسيع بودن جامعه آماري كارشناسان در دسترس و اعضاي گروه در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه به‌طور تصادفي انتخاب‌شده و يافته‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده تعميم داده خواهد شد. در اين تحقيق جمع‌آوري اطلاعات از طريق مصاحبه با تعدادي از كارشناسان و ارائه پرسشنامه به تعدادي از اعضاي گروه معتادين در حال ترك و تكميل توسط آن‌ها و بررسي ميداني طرح‌هاي انجام‌شده توسط پليس است كه نتايج به‌دست‌آمده از طريق مصاحبه مؤيد اين موضوع است كه تا زماني كه زيرساخت‌ها ازجمله مكاني براي نگهداري به‌صورت كنترل‌شده به همراه كارشناسان روانشناسي و پزشكان متخصص درزمينهٔ ترك اعتياد و غيره آماده نباشد انجام اين‌گونه طرح‌ها هيچ‌گونه اثر مثبتي ندارد بلكه در مواردي اثر منفي دارد البته بايد اذعان داشت كه به استناد مصاحبه انجام‌شده نيروي انتظامي در كوتاه‌مدت شايد به هدف خود از انجام اين‌گونه طرح‌ها ايجاد يك فضاي مناسب در جامعه جهت رشد و شكوفايي و همچنين پاك‌سازي شهر از لوث معتادين متجاهر است، برسد.
