مقدمه: دوره خدمت سربازي داراي تأثيراتي در ادامه روند زندگي شغلي و اجتماعي افراد مي‌باشد كه اين تأثيرات مي‌تواند در طيفي از تأثيرات مثبت و يا منفي قرار گيرد. روش: جامعه مورد مطالعه اين پژوهش كاركنان (مرد) دفتري سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار مي‌باشد كه در دو گروه 70 نفري (كه خدمت سربازي را گذرانده‌اند) و 42 نفري (كه دوره خدمت سربازي را نگذرانده‌اند) با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و روش پيمايشي مورد مطالعه و مقايسه قرار گرفته‌اند. كيفيت زندگي شغلي با استفاده از پرسشنامه الگوي 8 وجهي والتون اندازه‌گيري شده است. يافته‌ها: بر اساس نتايج حاصله، افرادي كه خدمت سربازي را گذرانده بودند در مقايسه با ساير مردان در ابعاد تكامل اجتماعي در سازمان، نهادينه شدن در سازمان، ارتباط اجتماعي با زندگي شغلي و قانون‌گرايي در سازمان نمرات بالاتري را كسب نموده و نيز نمره كل كيفيت زندگي شغلي گروه اول برابر با 28.915 كه بالاتر از ميزان نمره كيفيت زندگي شغلي گروه دوم (26.908) مي‌باشد. همچنين در چهار وجه ديگر كه گروه دوم بالاتر از گروه اول قرار گرفته است اختلاف زيادي بين دو گروه مشاهده نگرديد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج به‌دست آمده نشانگر تأثير مثبت خدمت سربازي بر كيفيت زندگي شغلي افراد مي‌باشد.

Method: The population of this research is the staff of the Office(man) of the Securities and Exchange Organization, which is divided into two groups of 70 (who have completed soldier service) and 42 (who have not completed soldier service) using descriptive statistics and survey method. an‎d comparison. Job quality of life was measured using Walton's 8-point pattern questionnaire. findings: Based on the results, those who had served soldier service had higher grades in comparison with other men in the dimensions of social development in the organization, institutionalization in the organization, social relation with job life and law-making in the organization, and also the total score of the group's quality of work life The first is 28.915, which is higher than the second-class quality of life quality score (26.908). Also, in 4 other areas, the second group was higher than the first group, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The results show the positive effect of soldier service on the quality of work life of individuals.
