The effect of military Service on the Elements of Spirituality, Legislation, and Social Cohesion

مقدمه: خدمت سربازي در سال­هاي انتهايي دوره نوجواني و سال­هاي آغازين دوره جواني بخش مهمي از زندگي جواناني است كه مشغول به گذارندن آن هستند. بايد به اين موضوع واقف بود كه اين دوره مي­تواند منجر به تأثيرات و كاركردهاي مثبتي بر زندگي آنان از نظر اجتماعي گردد. روش: پژوهش كنوني به روش پيمايش طولي دو مقطع زماني انجام شده است. جامعه آماري تمامي سربازان پادگان‌هاي شهر اهواز مي‌باشد كه 200 نفر با روش نمونه­ گيري تصادفي به‌عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته است كه براي تعيين اعتبار هر يك از مقياس ها از روش اعتبار سازه به كمك فن تحليل عاملي (از نوع تأييدي) استفاده شد و پايايي هر يك از متغيرها نيز به روش آلفاي كرونباخ مورد سنجش قرار گرفت.‌ دراين پژوهش براي آزمون فرضيات پژوهش، از آزمون‌هاي متناسب با مقياس متغيرها (آزمون تي زوجي) استفاده شده است. در اين راستا، از نرم افزار SPSS ويرايش 16 استفاده گرديده است. يافته‌ها: براساس يافته­ هاي تحقيق دوره سربازي مي­تواند اثر معناداري بر رشد معنويت بگذارد. به‌علاوه؛ بر اساس يافته­هاي اين كار تحقيقي مي­توان ادعا نمود كه دوره خدمت سربازي توانسته است اثر معناداري بر ميزان قانون‌مداري پاسخگويان بگذارد و اين در حالي است كه متغيرهاي انسجام اجتماعي در دوره خدمت سربازي تغيير معناداري كشف نشد. نتيجه‌گيري:نتيجه اين تحقيق نشان دهندۀ تأثير بنياني خدمت سربازي در فرايند جامعه‌پذيري و نهادينه‌شدن آموزه‌هاي ارزشي و هنجاري در رفتار سربازان مي‌باشد.

Introduction: Military service in the late teens and early teens is an important part of the young people's lives. It must be recognized that this period can lead to positive social impacts and functions on their lives. Method: The current study was conducted using a two-point longitudinal survey method. The statistical population is all soldiers of garrison in Ahwaz city. 200 people were selected by random sampling method. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire which was used to determine the validity of each scale using factor analysis (confirmatory) and reliability of each variable was measured by Cronbach's alpha. In this study, the test of hypotheses was used to test the variables with the scale of variables (paired t-test). In this regard, SPSS 16 software was used. Findings: According to the findings of the research, military service can have a significant effect on the growth of spirituality. In addition, based on the findings of this research work, it can be claimed that military service has had a significant effect on the level of legality of the respondents, while no significant change in social cohesion variables has been found. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the fundamental impact of military service on the process of socialization and institutionalization of value and normative doctrines in soldiers' behavior.
