چكيده فارسي :
ترس از جرم به ايجاد هراس اجتماعي در جامعه اطلاق مي‌شود كه شهروندان آن را به‌طور عيني يا ذهني تجربه مي‌كنند. اين پژوهش با روش اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي و با هدف بررسي عوامل مرتبط با شيوع ترس از جرم در بين زنان و پيامدهاي اجتماعي و فرهنگي شيوع ترس از جرم در كلانشهرها، به انجام رسيده است.
نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه به دلايل مختلف فرهنگي، سياسي، امنيتي و انتظامي، زنان بيش از مردان از اين مسئله تاثير مي‌پذيرند. بي‌سازماني اجتماعي به قواعد اجتماعي، مقررات، سازمان اجتماعي و نظم اجتماعي تأكيد دارد. اين نظريه علت اصلي ترس از جرم را به‌هم‌ريختگي نظم اجتماعي و عدم جايگيري مناسب نهادها و شيوع بي‌تفاوتي اجتماعي مي‌داند. بر اين اساس در كلانشهرها به زعم زيمل به دلايل فردگرايي، آشنازدايي، سطحي شدن احساسات و تعاملات، هويت‌هاي چندپاره و فقدان قوانين دقيق بازدارنده، شاهد هراس و ترس از جرم هستيم.
اين‌طور مي‌توان گفت كه عواملي مانند ساختار فرهنگي كلانشهرها ازجمله مردانه شدن معابر، خيابان‌ها و نهادها، فرهنگ مردسالارانه، مردانه شدن فضاي اجتماعي، نبود دادگاه ويژه زنان براي حمايت از زنان در برابر ناامني، سايه انداختن فضاي جنسيتي بر امنيت اجتماعي، آسيب‌پذيري جسمي و عاطفي زنان، وابستگي اقتصادي، ضعف پايگاه مالي، خشونت داخلي و .... زمينه‌ساز افزايش ترس از جرم در زنان در كلانشهرها شده است.
چكيده لاتين :
Fear of crime refers to the creation of social panic in society, which citizens experience objectively or subjectively. This research has been done with a documentary and library method aimed at investigating the factors associated with the prevalence of fear of crime among women and the social and cultural outcomes of the prevalence of fear of crime in metropolitan areas.
The results show that women are affected by this issue for various cultural, political, security and law enforcement reasons. Social disorganization emphasizes on social rules, regulations, social organization and social order. This theory believes that the main cause of fear of crime is the complexity of social order and the inappropriate location of institutions and the prevalence of social indifference. According to him, in the metropolises, we are witnessing fears and fears for individualism, sentimentality, leveling out feelings and interactions, multiple identities and the absence of precise deterrent laws.
It can be said that factors such as the cultural structure of metropolises, including masculine streets, and institutions, patriarchal culture, masculinity of the social society, the lack of a special women's court to protect women from insecurity, shadow the gender gap on social security, physical and emotional vulnerability Women, economic dependence, financial base weakness, domestic violence and etc have led to increased fear of crime in women in metropolitan areas.
