ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺣﮑﻮﻣﺖ ﻧﺒﻮى از زاوﯾﮥ ﻧﻘﺪ دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻫﺎي ﺳﮑﻮﻻرﯾﺴﺘﯽ

يكى از موضوعات شاخص در اسلام و سيره نبوى، بحث اقامه حكومت دينى و تصديق تعامل ديانت با سياست است. واقعيات تاريخى، بيانگر آن است كه اهداف انقلاب الهى و نهضت اصلاحى عظيم نبوى، در پرتو تأسيس نهاد حكومت دينى ميسر گرديده است. اما با وجود واقعيت تاريخى و سيره صريح حكومتى پيامبر)ص(، عده اى از صاحب نظران قديم و جديد اعم از سنى - جدايى دين از سياست و - « و شيعي تلاش كرده اند تا با تأييد ايدۀ به تفكيك ،» تعامل دين با سياست و نه با حكومت « يا » حكومت ميان نبوت و حكومت پيامبر بپردازند و اين واقعيت آشكار را نفى و يا اينكه آن را با اقسام تأويل ها و تفاسير، توجيه كنند. اين نوشتار با ذكر هفت مدعاى اصلى اين نحلۀ فكرى، به نقد و پاسخ گويى به اين ادعاها مى پردازد و برهم پيوندى كامل نبوت و حكومت پيامبر مهر تأييد مى زند. بنابراين پرسش اصلى تعامل يا تفارق نبوت و حكومت در سيرۀ « اين مقاله، سؤال از و مفروض نويسنده نيز مبتني بر تعامل نبوت و حكومت، ،» نبوى آن هم در والا ترين شكل ممكن در سيرۀ نظرى و عملى پيامبر مكرم اسلام)ص( است.

One of the significant issues in Islam and Prophet's life and tradition is the establishment of religious government and recognition of the interaction between religion and politics. Historical facts have demonstrated that the Prophet's great reformist movement and the divine revolutionary objective have been actualized under a religious rule. Despite this remarkable historical reality, some old and new scholars- both shiite and sunni- have always tried to emphasize the separation of religion and politics, or at most to point out the religious involvement in politics and not in government, thus distinguishing the Prophet's divine mission and rule. All in all, efforts have been done to either negate or to offer new interpretations and justifications for the manifest combination of politics and religion. The present article cites seven major claims of this so-called scholarly view and tries to critically respond to it. Its aim is to question about interaction or distinction between prophethood and rule in the Prophet's tradition and life, while having as hypothesis the fact that these two are combined in the highest sense of the word.
