تاثير مهارت هاي ارتباطي روساي كلانتري ها در منزلت اجتماعي پليس

زمينه و هدف: به اعتقاد برخي كارشناسان، مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي نقشي مهم در بهبود عملكرد پليس و خشنودي مردم و در نهايت منزلت اجتماعي پليس نزد مردم دارد. برخي يافته‌ها نيز دلالت بر ارتباط مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي با رضايتمندي مخاطبان و كاهش تنش شغلي دارد. در اين ميان نقش فرماندهان پليس، به‌ويژه رئيسان كلانتري‌ها حائز اهميت است. اين تحقيق به بررسي تأثير مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي رئيسان كلانتري‌ها بر منزلت اجتماعي پليس پرداخته است. روش: تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش انجام و پردازش اطلاعات توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي مي‌باشد. جامعة آماري اين پژوهش كلية رئيسان كلانتري‌هاي تهران بزرگ به تعداد 80 نفر به صورت تمام شمار، همچنين مراجعان به كلانتري‌هاي تهران بزرگ با تعداد نامحدود مي‌باشد. اندازة نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان براي مراجعان 385 در نظر گرفته شده است. به‌منظور سنجش مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي رئيسان كلانتري‌ها، از پرسش‌نامة استاندارد كوين دام و سنجش منزلت اجتماعي پليس از پرسش‌نامة استاندارد منزلت اجتماعي فتح الله گرامي استفاده گرديد. پايايي اين پرسش‌نامه‌ها به‌وسيلة ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ (به ترتيب 882/0 و 904/0) مورد تأييد قرار گرفته است.

Some experts believe that Communication skills play an important role in improving police performance and the happiness of the people and social status. Meanwhiles, some of the researchs imply the impact of communication skills on audience satisfaction and job stress reduction. The role of police chiefs and police commanders especially is important. This study examines the effect of communication skills of police chiefs of police 's social status. The target population included all police chiefs of Tehran count is 80 for all. In addition, visitors to police stations in Tehran with unlimited number. According to Morgan table, sample size for visitors 385. The present study is practical in terma of target and is descriptive in terms of method and data processing. In order to measure chiefs' communication skills, Queendom standard questionnaire and to measure social status of police, Gerami questionnaire was used. The reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.882 and 0.904 respectively) has been approved. The results of Pearson correlation and linear regression showed that all of the communication skills have significant effect on social status of police. The one-sample t test showed that the emotion management and decisiveness among of police chiefs is not the ideal situation while, the situation is acceptable in other communication skills. Meanwhile, police social status from the perspective of clients in police stations is high while, from the perspective of chiefs is middle
