بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي شهروندان از عملكرد پليس 110در فرماندهي انتظامي تهران بزرگ. ( مورد مطالعه : سركلانتري سوم فاتب)

هدف از اين پژوهش ارزيابي ميزان رضايتمندي مردم از عملكرد پليس در مأموريت‌هاي پليسي 110 در تهران بوده است. جامعة آماري پژوهش به تعداد 182327 نفر شامل كلية شهرونداني مي‌باشد كه در سال 1395 از محدودة سركلانتري سوم فرماندهي انتظامي تهران بزرگ در موضوع‌هاي گوناگون با مركز فوريت‌هاي پليسي110 تماس گرفته و در خواست خدمات فوريتي از پليس نموده‌اند.تعداد 165 نمونه در پنج موضوع جرم‌هاي مهم شامل نزاع و درگيري، سرقت، فساد اجتماعي، مواد مخدر و جرم‌هاي مال و بر ضد اشخاص كه حدود 80 درصد كل آنها حوزة مورد نظر را شامل مي‌شوند و به‌صورت تصادفي انتخاب و با تكميل پرسش‌نامة محقق ساخته شدند و مورد تأييد كارشناسان و استادان دانشگاه قرار گرفتند و پايايي آنها با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرونباخ 62 .93 محاسبه گرديد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها در سطح توصيفي از فراواني، درصد، ميانگين، نمودار و در سطح استنباطي از آزمون‌هاي t ، تجزيه و تحليل (آناليز) و تغيير (واريانس) و همبستگي استفاده شده است كه نتيجه‌ها نشان مي‌دهند رضايتمندي مردم از پليس بيش از حد متوسط بوده كه مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌هاي مؤثر در رضايتمندي از نظر پاسخ‌دهندگان، آشنايي با نحوه و نوع مأموريت‌هاي پليس 110، مدت زمان حضور مأمور و عملكرد مأمور 110 در ايجاد احساس امنيت بوده و آخرين مؤلفه‌ها نيز در تعيين رضايتمندي، شامل ميزان جوابگويي مركز فوريت‌هاي پليسي 110 به نيازهاي پليسي شهروندان، نحوة رفتار وگفتار و رهنمايي پليس در پيگيري پرونده‌ها بوده است.

This research has been conducted on the issue of satisfaction of people from police performance in police missions 110 in Tehran. The statistical population of the study consisted of 183227 citizens who contacted the emergency police center in 1395 and requested emergency services from the police. The sampling method was randomized and included 165 samples in five major police crimes cases fighting, clashes, robbery, social frauds, drugs and crimes against property and individuals, which covers about 80 percent of all offenses in the target area, was completed by completing the questionnaire. The questionnaire was evaluated using expert's opinions, advice and consultant and a number of professors from other universities. The reliability of questionnaire was calculated using the Cornbach's alpha formula 93.62. To analyze the data at the descriptive level, frequency, percentage, mean, graph and inferential level of t-test, analysis of variance and correlation were used. The results of research show that people's coping with the police is above moderate, the most important component of satisfaction with the respondents, familiarity with the type of missions 110,the duration of the officer's presence and the performance of the police 110 in creating a sense of security, and the last component in determining the level of satisfaction, the response rate of the emergency response center to the needs, police behavior and speech, and police guidance in prosecuting cases.
