بررسي احساس امنيت ساكنين از محلات شهري با توجه به متغير هاي محيطي در محله يوسف آباد-تهران

با پيشرفت تكنولوژي و وقوع انقلاب صنعتي و در پي آن به وجود آمدن شرايط كيفي نابسامان در شهرها، انسان و نياز هاي او به عنوان چالشي مهم مورد توجه بسياري از سياست گذاران و مديران شهري قرار گرفت. همچنين نگاهي به مباحث مطرح در ادبيات شهرسازي در سال هاي اخير نشانگر توجه متفكرين و نظريه پردازان شهرسازي به مفهوم كيفيت محيط هاي شهري و در پي آن امنيت شهري كه هدف اصلي آن بررسي چند جانبه ­ي شاخص هاي مرتبط با زندگي افراد با توجه به نياز هاي اساسي آنها مي­باشد. در عين حال بحث ادراك شهروندان از محيط هاي شهري و ارزيابي سطح كيفيت و امنيت آن به دليل كيفي بودن اين مسأله و حساسيت و پيچيدگي آن از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. هدف اين پژوهشبررسي احساس امنيت ساكنين از محلات شهري با توجه به متغير هاي محيطي در محله يوسف آباد-تهران مي­باشد. بنابراين سعي بر آن دارد تا با شناخت مفهوم امنيت شهري و بررسي ادبيات مربوطه و با توجه به ادراك شهروندان با روش توصيفي و تحليلي شاخص هاي تأثيرگذار بر ميزان امنيت اين محدوده را شناسايي كند؛ و با تدوين و توزيع پرسشنامه، اطلاعات به دست آمده با نرم افزار ليزرل مورد تحليل قرار گرفت تا همبستگي بين متغيرها مشخص گردد. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان دهنده ميزان قابل قبولي از امنيت در اين محله است كه نشان از وضعيت مناسب كالبدي و كاركردي همچنين همبستگي اجتماعي ساكنين مي­باشد.

With the advent of technology and the outbreak of the industrial revolution, and as a result of the deterioration of quality conditions in cities, human beings and their needs became a major challenge for many policymakers and urban managers. Also, a look at the topics discussed in the literature of urban planning in recent years points to the attention of thinkers and urban planners in terms of the quality of urban environments and, consequently, urban security, whose main objective is to examine the multiplicity of indicators related to the life of individuals according to need The basic ones. At the same time, the concept of citizens'' perception of urban environments and the assessment of its quality and security level is very important due to the quality of this issue and its sensitivity and complexity. The purpose of this study was to investigate the safety of residents from urban neighborhoods with respect to environmental variables in Yousefabad-Tehran neighborhood. Therefore, it tries to identify the indicators affecting the security of the area by recognizing the concept of urban security and examining the relevant literature and taking into account the perceptions of citizens by descriptive and analytical method; by compiling and distributing the questionnaire, the information obtained with Lisrel software was analyzed to determine the correlation between the variables. The results of the research indicate the acceptable level of security in this neighborhood, which indicates the appropriate physical and functional status as well as social solidarity of the residents.
