بررسي تأثير تورم بر جرايم مالي و اقتصادي

به كارگيري سياستهاي اقتصادي علاوه بر تأثيرات اقتصادي ميتواند باعث بروز بسياري از تأثيرات اخلاقي و اجتماعي در جامعه شود. از جمله اصليترين تأثيرات به كارگيري سياستهاي اقتصادي در ايران تشديد تورم است كه اين عامل مي تواند با ايجاد نابرابريهاي درآمدي و شكاف اجتماعي، زمينههاي بروز انواع جرايم و به خصوص جرايم مالي و اقتصادي را فراهم سازد. افزايش نرخ تورم آسيب‌هاي متفاوتي را براي جامعه به همراه دارد.تورم حتي اگر به طور مستقيم عامل اصلي بروز جرم و رفتار مجرمانه نباشد تاثير خودش را به طور غيرمستقيم در ارتكاب جرم بروز مي دهد و شخص با اين ذهنيت قبلي كه با نداشتن پشتوانه مالي قادر به تامين نيازهاي روزمره خود نيست دست به انجام جرم و جنايت ميزند. در پژوهش حاضر به نقش تورم در شكل گيري جرم پرداخته شده كه در نهايت به بررسي تاثيري كه تورم مي تواند بر بروز جرايم مالي و اقتصادي داشته باشد پرداخته شد و آنچه به عنوان راهكارهايي جهت برون رفت از اين آسيب ها جهت كاهش جرايم مالي و اقتصادي اشاره كرد عبارتند از:1- اجراي قوانين و مقررات و تلاش در جهت مبارزه با اينگونه جرايم، 2- سياست گذاري هاي مناسب دولت در كنترل و مهار تورم و3- ساير مشكلات اقتصادي مانند فقر و بيكاري كه مي توانند زمينه ساز بروز جرايم مالي و اقتصادي شوند و 4- ايجاد نهادهاي تخصصي و آموزش افراد مجرب در جهت مقابله با اين جرايم مي توان اشاره كرد.

The implementation of economic policies can cause many social and ethical impacts in the community in addition to economic impacts. The main effect of applying economic policies in Iran is inflation intensifies in which this can create income inequality and social gaps, areas of the incidence of crime and especially provide financial and economic crimes. In fact, inflation increase may encompass different damage to society. Inflation, even if not directly cause of crime and criminal behavior, It indirectly effects on the incidence of crime and the person carry out crime due to this previously viewpoint that he cannot provide funding support to meet their everyday needs. In this study, we investigated the role of inflation in the formation of an offense that finally examine the impact of inflation may have on economic and financial crime and what are the ways to overcome the financial and economic crimes noted to reduce these injuries as follows : 1. Operation of enforcement and regulations and make efforts to combat such crimes, 2 appropriate government policies to control inflation, 3 Other economic problems such as poverty and unemployment, which can predispose economic and financial crimes 4. Establishing specialized institutions and training professionals to deal with these crimes can be noted
