Launched onto the market in May this year, the EFI™ Cretaprint M5 fifth generation of ceramic printers marks a quantum leap in ceramic tile decoration. With a maximum printing width of 1138 mm, the new M5 can mount up to 8 printing bars and decorate surfaces up to 3000 mm in length at a printing speed of up to 70 metres per minute. It has an array of new features that mark it out as a future-oriented platform, including Industry 4.0 functionality and the new EFI e-D5 printhead which optimises printer performance and ensures better alignment and higher production rates. Combining simplicity of use with high printing quality, the new M5 is a smart printer that offers numerous connectivity options and is open to future development (cloud solutions).
