Projects involving aesthetic building renovation combined with energy retrofitting require dedicated, increasingly environmental-
ly-sustainable clay products such as ventilated façades, external insulated cladding with facing bricks, and interior
walls with a rustic brick finish. Amongst the range of solutions available for renovation and recladding of existing facades,
one that stands out in par-ticular consists of strips and corner pieces cut from bricks and glued onto prefabricated panels.
These solutions are increasingly in demand from world brick producers due to their striking aesthetics and significant advantages
in terms of thermal insulation and consequently energy saving. Also ideal for decoration and cladding of internal surfaces,
they are authentic furnishing accessories capable of fulfilling any requirement in terms of aesthetics and design. The
recent growth in demand has prompted technology producers to further develop these production systems with a view to
