The first 100% Tunisian-owned private industrial group listed on the Tunis stock exchange, Poulina Group Holding (PGH) was
founded in 1967 by Abdelwahab Ben Ayed and now has 108 subsidiaries and more than 12,000 employees. PGH’s activities
revolve around 8 core businesses: building materials, poultry integration, consumer products, steel processing, packaging,
real estate, wood products and equipment, trade and services. The group is international in scale with some 20 foreign subsidiaries,
mainly in Morocco, Algeria, Libya, France, Senegal and China.
