مديريت مشاركتي و تأثيرآن بر بهبود بهره‌وري كاركنان ناجا (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران)

هدف از ارتقاء بهره‌وري، بالابردن سطح زندگي انسان‌ها و رشد و تعالي آن‌هاست، تلاش جهت بهبود ‌بهره‌وري‌‌، نيازمند اين اعتقاد است كه انسان مي‌تواند كارها و وظايفش را هر روز بهتر از ديروز به انجام رساند. اين تحقيق به بررسي تأثير مديريت مشاركتي بر بهبود ‌بهره‌وري كاركنان مي‌باشد. تحقيق حاضر، از نظر هدف پژوهشي كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي استان مازندران مي‌باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران‌‌، 184 نفر به شكل تصادفي ساده به عنوان نمونه آماري اين تحقيق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه‌اي استاندارد مديريت مشاركتي رابينز (1996) و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بهره‌وري نيروي انساني مي‌باشد. پايايي سوالات با استفاده از فرمول آلفاي كرانباخ براي مديريت مشاركتي 92/0 و بهره‌وري 93/0 مورد سنجش و تأييد قرارگرفت، براي بيان توصيفي و تجزيه و تحليل داده‌‌ها از روش آمار توصيفي و به منظور تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات از آزمون ضريب همبستگي و آناليز واريانس با نرم افزار SPSS18 استفاده شده است. يافته‌هاي تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه بين مديريت مشاركتي و بهره‌وري كاركنان رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه مشاركت در تغيير و تحول و مشاركت در حل مشكلات به ترتيب داراي بيش‌ترين و كم‌ترين ضريب همبستگي مي‌باشند.

with the aim of promoting including beneficiaries , raising the level of human life, and sublimity of growth , trying to improve the efficiency, requires the belief that one may work and duties better every day since yesterday . This study investigates the impact of corporate management on improving the efficiency of the staff . objectives of the present study, research and application of the nature and method, descriptive survey . statistical community , including law enforcement command is mazandaran province with the formula of Cochrane , 184 people in the form of a simple random sample as the statistical study were selected. means of gathering information , the standard questionnaires participatory management Robbins (1996) and MFQ) labour productivity . stability by the use of formula for corporate management Alpha Keronbagh 0.92 and efficiency 0.93 measurements and approved by Reps , to express a description and analysis of the data from the descriptive statistics and method to analyze the data from the correlation coef (R)cient testing and analysis of variance with SPSS18 software is used. Research findings suggest that the partnership between management and worker productivity positive and significant relationship . The results also show that participating in the change, and contribute to solve problems , respectively, and the highest correlation coefficient.
