رابطه فرزندپروري والدين و نقش آن در ارتكاب جرم سرقت فرزندان

Approaches to Child Upbringing in Theft by Children

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه بررسي رابطه فرزندپروري والدين و نقش آن در ارتكاب جرم سرقت فرزندان در شهر همدان انجام شده است و سعي شده تا اثر نوع رفتار تربيتي والدين را در حوزه الگوبرداري فرزندان و نقش آن را در سرقت ايشان تبيين نمايد. در اين پژوهش جامعه آماري را كليه بزهكاران نوجوان و جوان محبوس در زندان شهر همدان تشكيل ميدهد كه از اين جامعه نمونه اي با حجم 95 نفر از بزهكاران با روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي، از بين نوجوانان و جوانان 18 تا 25 سال محبوس در زندان مركزي شهر همدان در نيمه دوم سال 1394 انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش را پرسشنامه شيوههاي فرزندپروري والدين تشكيل داده است. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه شيوههاي فرزندپروري والدين جمع‌آوري و به وسيله نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزيه و تحليل شده است. و سپس براي بيان آمارهاي توصيفي از شاخص‌هاي آمار توصيفي(جدول فراواني، فراواني درصدي، نمودار ستوني) بهره گرفته شد. و همچنين به منظور پاسخ به فرضيات تحقيق، از آزمون‌هاي آمار استنباطي(همبستگي پيرسون و خي دو) استفاده گرديد. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد بين شيوه‌هاي فرزند‌پروري والدين در زمينه كنترل و آزادي فرزندان با ارتكاب جرم سرقت توسط فرزندان رابطه معنادار و منطقي وجود دارد. به طوري‌كه اين والدين، فرزندان خود را بيش از حد آزاد مي‌گذارند و از روش كنترل پرخاش‌جويانه و تنبيه، بيش از حد استفاده مي‌كنند. همچنين بين شيوه‌هاي فرزندپروري والدين در زمينه سردي و گرمي روابط با ارتكاب جرم سرقت توسط فرزندان رابطه معنادار‌ و منطقي وجود دارد. والدين جوانان مرتكب سرقت اغلب در مورد فرزندان خود از ابراز نظر منفي، خشم و عصبانيت، طرد و ناديده گرفتن فرزندان استفاده مي‌كنند. ميانگين رفتار تأييد مثبت والدين كمتر از حد متوسط است. اين والدين كمتر در شيوه‌هاي تربيتي خود از رفتارها و الگوهاي تأييد مثبت استفاده مي‌كنند.

Theft is a serious social problem that can provide the ground work for the emergence of other crimes and it is considered as a great theat to public safety. Burglary is very common among the youth adolescent wich makes this crime more dangerous.there for knowing the resons why they do it and its perevention has been an important and intresting subject for scholars of criminology and psychology.The present study aimed to investigate the effects of parenthing approaches parents in the crim of theft by children in Hamedan, stating mechanisms influence behavior patterns of parents of teenagers simple theft, has been trying to influence parenting behavior in children and role modeling to explain their theft. The researchers gathered these information through books and refrencers from the library they also went to Hamedan central jail to collect information and conduct survys and interviews.The population consisted of a group of adolescents and young adults 18 to 25 years imprisoned in the central prison in hamedan second half of 1393 with a sample size of 100 offenders constitute a random sample information with using a questionnari about parenting practice parents collected and analyzed by SPSS software. an‎d then to express destructive statistics (frequency distribution, frequency percent column charts) were used as well as respound to hypothesis the statistical test(Pearson) was used, the results obtained show that the parents of these children (population studied) their children to free they control the aggressive and punishment excessive use. It is also than expected compared to the behavior of children and discipline them consistently in relation to joint, they often expressed a negative opinion about their children, anger rejection and neglect of children use their training and less in the way of positive behavior. Low educational attainment of both parents, wich is a high school degree or lower, can be seen as a common denominator among teenagers who has committed robbery. Parents occupations is also being associated as most fathers of the offenders are also thieves, low wag workers or has no permanent employment and their mothers are unemployed or stay at home housewives. So does the most for contingency approaches parenting and youth is capable of simple theft
