بررسي رابطه بين توسعه اجتماعي فرهنگي و امنيت اجتماعي (مطالعه موردي مديران، روسا و استادان دانشگاه شهر بندرعباس)

موضوع امنيت اجتماعي از جمله مباحثي است كه در سالهاي اخير مورد توجه محافلعلمي و پژوهشي قرارگرفته و دليل آن هم نقش قابل توجه مقوله امنيت اجتماعي در تهديد و يا تقويت زيرساخت هاي پيشرفت و توسعه يك اجتماع است. پژوهش حاضر با بكارگيري رويكرد جامعه شناسانه به دنبال درك ارتباط بين روند توسعه اجتماعي فرهنگي و امنيت اجتماعي و شناخت شاخص هاي صحيح و علمي كه امنيت اجتماعي – شهر بندرعباس را تحت تأثير قرار مي دهد مي باشد. براي انجام اين پژوهش كمي از روش پيمايش و ابزار پژوهشي يعني پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري شامل مديران، رؤسا و استادان دانشگاه شهر بندرعباس مي باشد. روش نمونه گيري به صورت نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه بندي شده بوده و معيار تعيين حجم نمونه فرمول كوكران مي باشد، لذا بر اين اساس 413 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. براي تحليل داده هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه از نرم افزار Spss22 استفاده شد. براي تعيين پايايي پرسشنامه ها از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ و براي تعيين روايي نيز از روش روايي صوري وسازه اي استفاده گرديد. جهت بررسي تأثير متغيرهاي پيش بين بر امنيت اجتماعي، ازآزمون هاي ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، رگرسيون چند گانه و تحليل مسير استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است، كه بين سرمايه اجتماعي، توسعه اجتماعي فرهنگي، رضايت از زندگي، عدالت اجتماعي و امنيت اجتماعي رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. نتايج تحليل رگرسيون چندگانه نشان مي - 0 درصد از تغييرات متغير امنيت اجتماعي بواسطه متغيرهاي پيش بين وارد شده در مدل رگرسيوني، تبيين شده است.

The issue of social security is among the issues that have recently absorbed the attention of scientific and research figures. This is due to the crucial role social security assumes in either threatening or reinforcing infrastructures for development and advances in a community. Adopting a sociological approach, the present study was carried out aiming to explore the relationship between socio-cultural development trend and social security as well as gaining knowledge of appropriate and scientific indexes exerting influence on social security in Bandar Abbas. To perform this quantitative study, survey research method and a questionnaire were employed. The research statistical population was comprised of all the Bandar Abbas Islamic Azad University managers, officials and professors, who were selected using stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula. Accordingly, a total of 314 subjects were entered into the study as the statistical sample. To analyze the collected data, the use was made of SPSS 22 software. Moreover, to determine reliability and validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach's Alpha and face as well as construct validity, respectively. In order to examine the effect of predictor variables on social security, Pearson Regression analysis, Multivariate regression and path analysis were applied. The results of the study revealed that there is a significant relationship between social capital, socio-cultural development, life satisfaction, social justice and social security. Furthermore, the findings obtained from regression analysis indicated that roughly 0.139% of the changes in social security is explained by predictor variables in regression model.
