واكاوي مسائل مربوط به واگذاري سهميه سوخت به وسائط نقليه خودرويي در يگان هاي تابعه نيروي انتظامي در شهرستان بندرعباس

پژوهش حاضرباهدف بررسي مسائل ومشكلات موجود در واگذاري سوخت به يگانهاي انتظامي شهرستان انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق، كليه رانندگان خودروهاي زيرمجموعه شهرستان بندرعباس دررده هاي صفي وستادي به تعداد 80 نفربوده است و از ميان آن ها حجم نمونه اي به تعداد 68 نفربراساس جدول مورگان به روش تصادفي انتخاب گرديد. نوع پژوهش، كاربردي وروش تحقيق، توصيفي پيمايشي است. ازمطالعات اسنادي وكتابخانه اي به منظور تبيين ادبيات وداده هاي سنجش تحقيق و از پرسشنامه به عنوان ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات استفاده گرديد. قلمروزماني اين پژوهش ازفروردين ماه تا شهريور ماه 96 است. ازنرم افزار SPSS وآزمون ميانگين رتبه اي، جهت تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها استفاده شده است. نتيجه گيري كه ازاين تحقيق به دست مي آيدحاكي ازآن است كه مشكلات واگذاري سوخت درشهرستان بندرعباس، عمدتا درسه بخش قابل بررسي مي باشد: 1- بخشي مربوط به محدوديت واگذاري اعتبارات مي باشد. 2- بخشي ازآن مربوط به عدم آشنايي رانندگان و مسئولان با دستورالعمل واگذاري سوخت و در نتيجه عدم مديريت مصرف سوخت مي باشد كه درطول هردوره زماني باعث به وجودآمدن مشكلاتي درزمينه كسري سوخت رانندگان و اجراي ماموريتها مي گردد. 3- عدم توجه به راهكارهاي كاهش و مديريت مصرف سوخت نيز باعث افزايش ميزان سوخت خودروها و در نتيجه كسري سوخت مي گردد كه بايستي آموزش اين موضوعات به طور جدي توسط مسئولين امرمورد پيگيري قرارگيرد.

The present research is aimed at studying the issues and problems of the transfer of fuel to the police units of the city. The statistical population of this research is the total number of drivers of Bandar ABBAS submarines in 80 and Bandar ABBAS. The sample size of 68 people was selected randomly by Morgan table. The research type is applied and research method is descriptive survey. Documentary and library studies were used to explain the literature and data of the research and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The scope of this research is from March to September. The SPSS software and the mean score were used to analyze the findings. The conclusion from this research is that the problems of the transfer of fuel in Bandar ABBAS city are mainly in three parts: 1- Part of the limitation of credit transfers. 2. Part of this is the lack of familiarity between the drivers and the owners of the FDV, and the consequence of the lack of management of fuel consumption, which in both cases causes problems for the fuel deficit of the drivers and the implementation of missions. 3. Failure to pay attention to fuel consumption reduction and management will also increase fuel consumption and therefore fuel shortages, which should be carefully monitored by the authorities.
