چكيده فارسي :
در خانواده تحولات چشم‌گيري در شيوه برخورد با پديده جرم و مجازات به‌عمل آمده كه نتيجه آن را نه‌تنها در ديدگاه‌هاي متخصصان از جمله حقوق‌دانان، جرم‌شناسان، جامعه‌شناسان و روان‌شناسان مي‌توان ملاحظه كرد، بلكه در مقررات بين‌المللي و قانون‌گذاري‌هاي داخلي كشورهاي جهان نيز مي‌توان پيدا كرد. با توجه به اهميت اين متغير در بروز رفتار افراد، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي تأثير خانواده در خانه‌گريز شدن افراد و امنيت عمومي پرداخته شده است. براي اين منظور، ابتدا به بررسي از هم‌گسيختگي خانواده بر خانه‌گريز شدن و امنيت عمومي پرداخته شد و سپس فقدان منابع سرمايه‌اي بر اين دو متغير سنجيده شد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه افراد بالاي 18 سال در شهر ساري مي‌باشند كه با استفاده از فرمول نمونه‌گيري كوكران و روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده تعداد 384 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماري برگزيده شدند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش گردآوري داده‌ها در گروه پژوهش‌هاي توصيفي-پيمايشي قرار دارد. ضمن اين‌كه، ابزار پژوهش حاضر پرسش‌نامه و نرم‌افزار استفاده‌شده Spss23 مي‌باشد. نتايج حاصل از بررسي داده‌ها نشان مي‌دهد از هم گسيختگي و فقدان منابع سرمايه‌اي در خانواده بر خانه‌گريز شدن افراد تأثير مثبت و معناداري مي‌گذارد. هم‌چنين، از هم گسيختگي و فقدان منابع سرمايه‌اي در خانواده مي‌تواند موجب كاهش امنيت عمومي شود.

The family has undergone dramatic changes in the way crime and punishment have been dealt with, which can be seen not only in the views of experts, including lawyers, criminologists, sociologists, and psychologists, but also in international law and law Domestic sales of the countries of the world can also be found. Anyway, all the social and moral advances of a person depend on his family life. Family conditions affect the lives of everyone. Considering the importance of this variable in the behavior of individuals, in the present study, the effect of family at home and public safety has been addressed. To this end, firstly, the study of family breakdown on home escape and public security was dealt with, and then the lack of capital resources was measured on these two variables. The statistical population of this study is all people over 18 years old in Sari city. Using Cochran sampling formula and simple random sampling method, 384 subjects were selected as the statistical sample. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data in the descriptive-survey group. Meanwhile, the research tool is the SPSS23 questionnaire and software used. The results of data analysis show that the fracture and lack of capital resources in the family has a positive and significant effect on the home of the escape of the people. Also, the fragmentation and lack of capital resources in the family can reduce public safety
