تعيين سهم دستگاه‌هاي مرتبط با امنيت اخلاقي در استان مازندران

Determining the Share of Organizations Related to Moral Security in Mazandaran Province

اين پژوهش بر آن است با مطالعه و بررسي موضوع مسئوليت پذيري دستگاه­هاي مرتبط با امنيت اخلاقي، سهم آنها را در راستاي اجراي موفقيت آميز اين طرح تعيين نمايد.يكي از مسائلي كه در جامعه ما از اهميت زيادي در حوزه اجتماعي برخوردار است، بحث امنيت اخلاقي است. هدف اين پژوهش تعيين سهم دستگاه ها و سازمان هاي مرتبط با امنيت اخلاقي است. روش اين پژوهش از حيث هدف كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، توصيفي تحليلي مي باشد. نمونه آماري پژوهش 34 نفر از مديران و كارشناسان دستگاه هاي مرتبط با موضوع امنيت اخلاقي است. در مرحله تعيين سهم دستگاه ها از آزمون فريدمن استفاده شد. بدين ترتيب دستگاه هايي كه نقش پررنگ تري در مساله امنيت اخلاقي داشتند از دستگاه هاي با تاثير كمتر، تفكيك شدند. در نتيجه مشخص شد نقش دستگاه هاي فرهنگي يا به عبارتي ايجابي از نقش دستگاه هاي اجرايي يا سلبي به مراتب بيشتر و با اهميت تر است. در انتها نيز با توجه به نتايج حاصل شده، پيشنهادات و راهكارهاي اجرايي ارائه شد.

One of the most important issues in our society in the social field is the issue of moral security. The purpose of this study is to determine the share of organizations related to moral security and also to make them responsible. The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of the method of collecting and analyzing information. The sample of the research is 34 managers and experts of organizations related to moral security. Friedman test was used in determining the share of organizations. According to the results, it was found that the role of cultural organizations is far more important than the role of executive organizations. In the next step, the responsible making of organizations was considered. At this stage, the approach of comprehensive system interventions was considered by the researcher.In the end, according to the results obtained in the previous two stages, suggestions and executive solutions were presented
