Assessing the role of Islamic Council city of Shiraz in developing tourism in Shiraz

امروزه صنعت جهانگردي پس از صنايع انرژي و وسايل نقليه‌ي موتوري، بزرگترين صنعت جهان محسوب مي‌شود. باوجود اينكه شيراز جزء شهرهاي بزرگ از نظر وجود اماكن تاريخي، باستاني و گردشگري است، از نظر درآمد ارزي از طريق گردشگري، در جايگاه مناسبي قرار ندارد و اين نشان‌دهنده‌ي ضعف سيستم‌هاي مرتبط با صنعت گردشگري در آن است. از مهم‌ترين عوامل در ناموفق بودن صنعت توريسم در شيراز، نبود مديريت صحيح در اين صنعت مي‌باشد؛ ولي با وجود اين، كميسيون گردشگري شوراي اسلامي شهر شيراز كه به تدوين طرح جامع گردشگري شهر شيراز و بررسي و شناخت وضعيت گردشگري مذهبي، سلامت، صنعتي، فرهنگي، تاريخي شيراز و ... در اين شهر پرداخته است توانسته در توسعه‌ي صنعت گردشگري شهري نقش تأثيرگذاري داشته باشد. به‌منظور روشن كردن ابعاد اثرگذاري اين كميسيون اين تحقق با روش تحليلي و توصيفي، به بررسي اين موضوع پرداخته است.

Although Shiraz is the member of large cities in terms of historical sites, archaeological and tourist destinations in terms of foreign exchange earnings through tourism is not the proper place and this shows the weakness of the system is related to the tourism industry. The most important factor in the failure of the tourism industry in Shiraz in the industry is the lack of proper management However, Islamic Council of Shiraz Tourism Commission to develop a tourism master plan for the city to investigate the situation of religious tourism, health, industrial, cultural, historical city of Shiraz and has succeeded in the development of the tourism industry is crucial Therefore, this study is to analyze and describe to review this issue.
