شناسايي نماتد‌هاي انگل گياهي بالاخانواده Aphelenchoididea مرتبط با درختان ميوه در برخي مناطق استان البرز

Identification of plant parasitic nematodes of Aphelenchoididae superfamily related to fruit trees in some areas of Alborz province

به ‌منظور شناسايي فون نماتد­هاي انگل گياهي باغات ميوه شهرستان­هاي اشتهارد و نظر­آباد واقع در استان البرز، طي سال­هاي 97-1396، تعدادي نمونه خاك، ريشه و اندام­هاي هوايي گياهان از مناطق مورد نظر استان جمع ­آوري گرديد. پس از انتقال نمونه­ها به آزمايشـگاه، عمليـات شستشوي خاك و ريشه­ها، اقدام به استخراج نماتد­ها گرديد و سپس نمونه­ ها تثبيت شده و به گليسيرين خالص انتقال داده شدند. از نماتد­هاي جداشده به تفكيك جنس، اسلايد­هاي ميكروسكوپي دائمي و برش­هاي لازم از قسمت­هاي مختلف بدن تهيه گرديد. پس از مشاهدات ميكروسكوپي، اندازه­ گيري­ هاي لازم و رسم تصاوير موردنياز، با استفاده از منابع و كليد­هاي معتبر اقدام به شناسايي گونه­ هاي استخراج‌ شده، گرديد. طي بررسـي­ هـاي ريخت­ سنجي و ريخت ­شناسي ، تعداد شش گونه نماتد متعلق به سه جنس به شرح زيـر شناسايي گرديد: Aphelenchus avenae, Paraphelenchus myceliophthorus, Aphelenchoides centralis, Aphelenchoides fuchsi, Aphelenchoides parabicaudatus, Aphelenchoides varicaudatus در ميان نماتد­هاي شناسايي‌شده، گونه Aphelenchoides fuchsiبراي نخستين باز از استان البرز و براي دومين بار از دنيا گزارش مي­شود. همچنين گونه Aphelenchoides varicaudatus براي دومين بار از ايران گزارش مي شود.

In order to identify the plant parasitic nematodes, some soil and root tissues of plants samples were collected from different crops in of Eshtehard and Nazarabad, Alborz province, through 2017-8. After transferring the samples to the laboratory, soil and root washing operations, nematode extraction, transferring and fixing in pure glycerin were performed. Permanent microscopic slides and incisions were made from different parts of the body of some species. After microscopic observations, the necessary measurements and drawing of the required images, the extracted species were identified using different keys. During the survey and morphological studies, six nematode species of three genera were identified as follows: Aphelenchus avenae, Paraphelenchus myceliophthorus, Aphelenchoides centralis, Aphelenchoides fuchsi, Aphelenchoides parabicaudatus, Aphelenchoides varicaudatus Among the identified nematodes, the species Aphelenchoides fuchsi is reported for the first time in Alborz province and for the second time in the world. Aphelenchoides varicaudatus is also reported for the second time in Iran.
