قانون اساسي، سند ملي و قانون مادر در هر كشوري محسوب مي شود كه نمايانگر ايدئولوژي حاكم بر آن كشور است. در جمهوري اسلامي ايران با توجه به قيام مردم جهت دستيابي به يك نظام اسلامي و نجات از سلطه ي مستكبرين جهان، همچنين آراي بي نظير مردمي به چنين نظام و قانون اساسي اي سبب ميشود تا از پشتوانه بالاي مردمي برخوردار باشد و در عين حال به دليل آنكه اصول مندرج در قانون اساسي، برگرفته از احكام و قوانين اسلام است پايبندي به آن داراي لزوم شرعي نيز ميباشد. با نگرش و بررسي دقيق مواد قانون اساسي مي توان اصول كلي سياست خارجي را بدست آورد و پاسخگوي بسياري از مسائل اجتماعي در زمينه سياست خارجي بود. اين پژوهش با هدف تبيين چارچوب اصول سياست خارجي برگرفته از قانون اساسي و تاكيد بر اجراي آن توسط مسئولين انجام گرفته است كه نتيجه ي استخراج مواد مذكور از قانون اساسي ؛ صلح در روابط بين‌الملل، طردكامل استعمار و محو هرگونه استبداد ونفي هرگونه سلطه گري و سلطه پذيري، حمايت از مبارزه ي حق طلبانه مستضعفين در برابر مستكبرين جهت تامين سعادت انسان در كل جامعه بشري و حفظ استقلال و آزادي او در سايه ي عزت و عدالت است و بدين صورت بشر را از حصار حاكميت ظالمانه يِ زر و زور نجات ميدهد لذا اجراي چنين قوانيني كه بر اساس احكام اسلامي به تصويب رسيده است توسط مسئولين جمهوري اسلامي ايران منتج به زمينه سازي ايجاد عدالت جهاني خواهد شد

This research has been carried out with the aim of explaining the framework of foreign policy principles derived from the Constitution and emphasizing its implementation by the authorities, which is the result of extracting the mentioned articles from the Constitution; Peace in international relations is the complete rejection of colonialism and the eradication of any tyranny and the denial of any domination and domination, support for the right-wing struggle of the oppressed against the arrogant to ensure human well-being in all human society and maintain its independence and freedom in the shadow of dignity and justice. an‎d in this way, it saves human beings from the tyranny of tyrannical rule of gold and force, so the implementation of such laws that have been approved according to Islamic rules by the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran will lead to the creation of global justice.
