چكيده فارسي :
يكي از معمول ترين راه هاي نفوذ يك علم به علوم ديگر، قدرت استدلال و كلي بودن آن است كه اين امر سبب كمك خواهي و گاه وام گيري براي ديگر علوم شده است. فلسفه يكي از علومي است كه در اين خصوص گوي سبقت را در حيطه علوم انساني از ديگر علوم ربوده است. بر اين اساس، بسياري از علوم به ويژه علم اصول فقه در حوزه شيعه متأثر از دانش فلسفه اند، چرا كه علم اصول به واسطه درگير بودن با زمينه هاي مختلف و با وجود تاريخ پر فراز و نشيب خود، به علمي وام گيرنده، به خصوص از فلسفه، بدل گشته است. البته بايد اذعان داشت كه اين بدان معنا نيست كه اصوليان بدون هيچ دخل و تصرفي در واژگان فلسفه از آن استفاده كرده اند. نفوذ فلسفه و تأثير پذيري علم اصول به حدي پيش رفته كه قواعد فلسفي، كه نتايج مباحث آن علم محسوب مي شود، به وفور در اين علم استفاده شده است، به گونه اي كه به بخشي از ادبيات آن تبديل شده است. اين تأثير پذيري از به كار گيري پردامنه و فارغ بالانه واژگان فلسفي توسط برخي از اصوليان در لابه لاي نوشته هاي شان آغاز شده و تا استخدام عميق ترين و غامض ترين استدلال ورزي ها در روش انديشيدن پيش رفته است. لذا با بررسي برخي از آثار مولفان اصول، مي توان به صورت گسترده نقش فلسفه و قواعد آن را به طور آشكار مشاهده كرد. اين نوشتار به برخي از اين موارد پرداخته و اميد است تا بدين سبب ضرورت آموزش و فراگيري فلسفه، حداقل در حد فهم قواعد و اصول، را به اثبات برساند و از طرفي ضرورت توجه به تغيير متون آموزشي در خصوص علم اصول را نيز نشان دهد.

One of the most common ways for one science to penetrate other sciences is through its power of reasoning and generality, which has led to the seeking and sometimes borrowing of other sciences. Philosophy is one of the sciences that in this regard has snatched the lead in the field of humanities from other sciences. Accordingly, many sciences, especially the science of the principles of jurisprudence in the Shiite field, are influenced by the knowledge of philosophy, because the science of principles is a borrower science, especially due to its involvement in various fields and despite its ups and downs. It has changed from philosophy. Of course, it must be acknowledged that this does not mean that the fundamentalists used it without any interference with the words of philosophy. The influence of philosophy and the influence of the science of principles has progressed to such an extent that philosophical rules, which are the results of the discussions of that science, have been used extensively in this science, so that it has become a part of its literature. This influence has started from the wide and gradual use of philosophical words by some fundamentalists in the margins of their writings and has progressed to the employment of the deepest and most obscure arguments in the way of thinking. Therefore, by examining some of the works of the authors of the principles, the role of philosophy and its rules can be clearly seen. This article deals with some of these cases and hopes to prove the necessity of teaching and learning philosophy, at least to the extent of understanding the rules and principles, and on the other hand to show the need to pay attention to changing educational texts on the science of principles.
