چكيده فارسي :
قانون آيين دادرسي كيفري مصوب 1392 در اسفند ماه تصويب و در خود قانون پيش بيني شده بود كه شش ماه براي ايجاد بستر هاي لازم،با تأخير اجرا گردد . با توجه با موارد موجود در خود قانون و ايجاد لوازم اجراي آن مجدداً با تصويب مجلس شوراي اسلامي شش ماه ديگر فرجه براي اجراي قانون اتخاذ گرديد . النهايه با همت همه دست اندكاران به ويژه اهتمام ويژه قوه قضاييه قانون مورد بحث در تيرماه سال 1394 بر اساس مهلت هاي تهيه شده اجرايي گرديد.
قانون مذكور از لحاظ كميت و محتوا داراي تغييرات و نوآورهاي بسيار متنوعي نسبت به ديگر قوانين مصوب در تعيين آيين رسيدگي شكلي به امور كيفري مي باشد.در اين قانون اصول دادرسي قديم و نوين ،تكاليف مقامات تحقيق و تعقيب به تفكيك ،تشكيل محاكم جديد و..مورد دقت قرار گرفته است .يكي از اين تغييرات ،مربوط به امور ضابطين است .
به هر حال با عنايت به تغييرات و تدوين موارد جديد مربوط به ضابطين قضايي، ،تكليف نو، اختيارات تعيين شده براي آنها و به خصوص ضمانت اجراي كيفري مقرر شده براي نقض دستورات قانون ،بسيار مفيد خواهد بود كه ،اين بازوان دستگاه قضايي و بر قرار كنندگان نظم اجتماعي ،تضمين كنندگان امنيت با اين موارد قانوني به خوبي آشنا گردند. اين آشنايي و اطلاع از قانون باعث خواهد شد تا نظرات مدوّنين به درستي تأمين شود وانشا الله مجموعه پيش روبتواند گام مثبتي باشد.

The Criminal Procedure Code was adopted in March 2013 and the law itself was foreseen to be delayed by six
months to create the necessary context. In light of the provisions contained in the law itself and the provisions
for its implementation, it was again approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly for another six months to
enforce the law. Alanahi was executed on a timely basis in July 2015 with the due diligence of all those
involved, especially the special attention of the judiciary.
In terms of quantity and content, the law has a wide variety of changes and innovations to other laws enacted in
determining the form of criminal procedure. In this law, the principles of the old and modern jurisdiction, the
duties of the investigating and prosecuting authorities, the formation of new courts and One of these changes
relates to clerical affairs.
However, given the changes and the development of new cases concerning judicial registrars, the new
assignment, the powers assigned to them, and in particular the guarantee of criminal prosecution for violating the
rules of law, it will be very useful that these arms of the judiciary and Social order holders, security guards are
