بررسي تطبيقي توليدات علمي دانشگاه صنعتي شريف در پايگاه هاي استنادي وب آوساينس و اسكوپوس

A comparative analysis of the Sharif University of Technology's scientific productions in the Web of Science and Scopus

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر، بررسي تطبيقي تمامي توليدات علمي دانشگاه صنعتي شريف در پايگاه هاي استنادي وب آوساينس و اسكوپوس است. داده هاي حاصل از اين پژوهش، با رويكرد علم سنجي و با استفاده از نرم افزارهاي هيست سايت و امكانات تحليلي نرم افزار اكسل تحليل شد. جامعۀ پژوهش را توليدات علمي نمايه شده در پايگاه اسكوپوس، در تاريخ 24 ژوئن 2018 ، و در پايگاه وب آوساينس، در تاريخ 14 مي 2018 ، در بازۀ زماني ده ساله (2008 تا 2017) تشكيل مي دهد. يافته هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه تعداد توليدات پژوهشگران در هر دو پايگاه، روند افزايشي داشته و حوزه هاي موضوعي عمدۀ پژوهش ها در پايگاه وب آوساينس، مهندسي برق و الكترونيك و در پايگاه اسكوپوس، حوزۀ مهندسي بوده است. اكبر جعفري با 335 مدرك و 17220 استناد، عنوان پرتوليدترين و اثرگذارترين پژوهشگر دانشگاه صنعتي شريف را به خود اختصاص داده است. در ميان نويسندگان پراستناد و پرتوليد، حسام الدين ارفعي با 4722 استناد، اثرگذارترين پژوهشگر در كل بازۀ زماني پژوهش بود. بررسي كيفي مقالات با شاخص Q نشان داد 32 / 37 درصد از مقالات توليدي در نشريات Q1 و Q2 آمده، كه كيفي بودن توليدات را نشان مي دهد. به عبارت ديگر، پژوهشگران در مجلاتي كه ضريب تأثير بالايي دارند تعداد مدرك بيشتري منتشر كردند و غالباً انتشار مقالات در مجلاتِ با كيفيت بالا امكان دريافت استنادهاي بيشتر را فراهم مي كند. همچنين در پايگاه وب آوساينس، تعداد 79 مدرك تحت عنوان آثارِ با بالاترين استناد در رشته قرار مي گيرد كه در 40 حوزۀ موضوعي از مقوله هاي وب آوساينس و با همكاري 54 كشور و 382 سازمان، منتشر شده اند. از ميان اين مقالات، بيشترين فراواني در حوزۀ موضوعي شيمي فيزيك با فراواني 20 بوده است. ارائۀ پژوهش هاي اين چنيني مي تواند برنامه ريزان امور پژوهشي اين دانشگاه را متوجه وضعيت فعلي توليدات علمي اعضاي هيئت علمي كند تا با شناخت وضع موجود و كاستي هايي كه در اين حوزه احساس مي شود، با برنامه ريزي هاي صحيح درصدد رفع آن ها برآيند.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the scientific productions of the Sharif University of Technology in the Web of Science and Scopus citation databases. The research data were analyzed using a scientometric approach and by the HistCiteTM and Excel software. The research population consists of scientific products indexed in the Scopus database on June 24, 2018, and in the WebScience database on May 14, 2018, for ten years from 2008 to 2017. The research findings show that the number of researchers' productions in both databases has been increasing. The majority of articles published in the Web of Science database were in the subject areas of electrical and electronic engineering, and those published in the Scopus database were mostly in the field of engineering. With 335 documents and 17,220 citations, Akbar Jafari was the most productive and influential researcher at the Sharif University of Technology. Among the most cited authors, Hesam al-Din Arfa'i, with 4722 citations, was the most influential researcher in the period. Qualitative analysis of articles with Q index showed that 37.32% of the produced articles were published in the first (Q1) and second (Q2) quartiles, which shows the products' quality. Researchers have published more documents in high-impact journals, and publishing articles in high-ranked journals often makes it possible to take more citations. Besides, with the cooperation of 54 countries and 382 organizations, 79 documents will be indexed on the Web of Science under the title of the highest citation works in 40 subject areas. Among these documents, the highest frequency was in the field of physical chemistry with 20 articles. Doing such research can inform the researchers of this university of the current state of scientific production of faculty members. By recognizing the current situation and the shortcomings in this field, they can solve them with the right planning.
