تحليل و ارزيابي شاخص هاي امنيت گردشگران مطالعه موردي كلانشهر اصفهان

Analysis and evaluation of tourist safety indicators Case study of Isfahan metropolis

امنيت گردشگران از مهم ترين اقدامات جهت توسعه صنعت گردشگري و پايداري مي باشد . در اين پژوهش سعي شده است شاخص هاي تاثير گذار بر امنيت گردشگران شناسايي، اصول و شاخص هاي امنيت و آسايش گردشگران در مقصدهاي گردشگري و جامعه ميزبان تدوين و توسط سازمان هاي مسئول و نيروي پليس اجرا شود. در اين پژوهش، داده ها بر اساس هدف كاربردي و بر اساس ماهيت توصيفي– تحليلي لحاظ شده كه داده هاي مورد استفاده از طريق پرسشنامه و اطلاعات و آمار سازمان هاي مرتبط جمع آوري شده است. هم چنين، جهت جمع آوري اطلاعات از روش كتابخانه اي، اسنادي، مطالعه كتب و مقالات و پايان نامه ها و به علاوه از روش ميداني و ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش در پرسشنامه گردشگران و كارشناسان صنعت توريسم (راهنمايان تور و متخصصان و متوليان گردشگري) بوده است. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماري 19SPSS، Excel استفاده شده است. از يافته هاي اين پژوهش مي توان به مواردي چون اطلاع رساني و آگاه سازي گردشگران به منظور پيشگيري از وقوع حوادث و اطمينان بخشي به آنان منجر به حداقل رساندن خطرات سفر، افزايش رضايت ميهمان، تشديد و تداوم سفرهاي بعدي و توسعه عمليات بازارداري ، برنامه ريزي و مديريت صحيح نيروهاي انتظامي در شهر جهت فراهم آوردن امنيت گردشگران، توسعه زيرساخت ها و آموزش و مشاركت همگاني شهروندان اصفهان اشاره نمود كه در نهايت الگويي مناسب جهت تامين معيارهاي امنيت گردشگري در شهر اصفهان ارائه شده است.

Tourist safety is one of the most important measures for the development of tourism industry and sustainability. In this research, it has been tried to identify the indicators affecting the security of tourists, the principles and indicators of security and comfort of tourists in tourist destinations and the host community and to implement them by the responsible organizations and the police force. In this research, the data are considered based on the applied purpose and based on the descriptive-analytical nature that the data used has been collected through a questionnaire and information and statistics of related organizations. Also, to collect information, library, documentary, study books, articles and dissertations, as well as field methods and interview tools have been used. The statistical population of this research has been in the questionnaire of tourists and tourism industry experts (tour guides and tourism specialists and trustees). Data analysis was performed using statistical software 19SPSS, Excel. Findings of this study include information and awareness of tourists in order to prevent accidents and reassure them to minimize travel risks, increase guest satisfaction, intensify and continue future trips and develop marketing operations, planning an‎d the proper management of law enforcement forces in the city to ensure the security of tourists, infrastructure development and education and public participation of the citizens of Isfahan pointed out that finally a suitable model for providing tourism security standards in the city of Isfahan has been provided.
