Evaluation of the plan for patrolling and clearing contaminated areas in the prevention of drug distribution in the area of the second base of the Anti-Narcotics Police from the perspective of the police in 2016-2017

: اين مقاله با هدف بررسي وضعيت طرح گشت زني و پاكسازي نقاط آلوده در مقابله با خرده فروشان بر پيشگيري از توزيع مواد مخدر در حوزه پايگاه دوم پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر فاتب از ديدگاه پليس در سال هاي 96-95 انجام گرفت. و به لحاظ روش، كمي و نوع تحقيق، پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل رؤساي كلانتري هاي سركلانتري دوم پليس پيشگيري و مديران و كارشناسان عمليات پليس مبارزه با مواد مخدر فاتب به تعداد80 نفر و ابزار گردآوري داده ها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده است كه روايي آن به روش خبره سنجي بررسي و تأييد شده است. پايايي آن با استفاده از آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان680/0 به دست آمده است. داده هاي تحقيق با نرم افزار Spss مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته ها نشان مي­دهد كه بر اساس ديدگاه پاسخگويان تأثير عمليات طرح گشت زني و پاكسازي نقاط آلوده، داراي نمره ميانگين 80/2، از نمره 5 مي­باشد كه در حدود نمره ميانگين فرضي 3 مي­باشد. نتايج حاصله نشان مي دهد، اجراي اين طرح در مقابله با خرده فروشان، تاثير متوسطي داشته است. در جهت ارتقاء وضعيت طرح، لازم است ميزان بهره گيري كاركنان مجري طرح از تجهيزات متناسب و پيشرفته و شگردهاي نوين مقابله افزايش پيدا كند. مشاركت كاركنان در تصميم گيري ها افزايش يابد. رضايتمندي كاركنان با استفاده از پاداش هاي مادي ومعنوي ارتقا يابد. مسئوليت پذيري كاركنان تقويت شود.

This article aims to examine the status of the patrol plan and clean up the contaminated areas against retailers on the prevention of drug distribution in the area of the second base of the Fateb Anti-Narcotics Police from the perspective of the police in 1996-95. The statistical population of this study included the heads of the second police stations of the Preventive Police and the managers and experts of the operations of the Fateb Anti-Narcotics Police with 80 people and the data collection tools, the researcher-made questionnaire. Its reliability is obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.680. The research data were analyzed with Spss software. The findings show that according to the respondents' view, the effect of patrol and clearing operation operations has an average score of 2.80 and a score of 5, which is around the hypothetical average score of 3. The results show that the implementation of this plan has had a moderate impact on retailers. In order to improve the status of the project, it is necessary to increase the use of appropriate and advanced equipment and new coping techniques by the staff implementing the project. Increase employee engagement in decision making. Employee satisfaction is enhanced through material and spiritual rewards. Strengthen employee responsibility.
