تحليل نقش فضاي سايبر در وقوع جرائم مواد مخدر

Analysis of the Role of Cyberspace in the Occurrence of Drug Crimes

ارتكاب جرائم ناشي از مواد مخدر به ‌خصوص اعتياد به آن در بين اقشار مختلف جامعه، علاوه بر همه­ ي آنچه از اعتياد گفته مي­ شود، پديده ­اي است با لايه­ هاي پنهان ­تر و ابعاد فزون ­تر از خود اعتياد. آمارها نشان مي ­دهد كه نرخ افراد درگير با معضل اعتياد و تعداد مرتكبين جرائم ناشي از مواد مخدر كه از طريق كاركردهاي فضاي مجازي درگير با موضوع شده ­اند، رو به افزايش مي ­باشد. هدف از تحقيق حاضر تحليل نقش فضاي سايبر در ارتكاب جرائم مواد مخدر در سال 1396 مي­ باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصيفي- پيمايشي و از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي بوده و جامعه آماري مورد تحليل شامل كليه كارشناسان ارشد اجتماعي و حقوقي دستگاه­ هاي حوزه ­ي مبارزه با مواد مخدر و دستگاه قضايي، به تعداد 100 نفر بوده كه با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه­ ي آماري، كليه كارشناسان با استفاده از روش نمونه­ گيري تمام شمار به عضويت نمونه آماري انتخاب و پرسشنامه­ ي محقق ساخته‌ي تحقيق (پرسشنامه ابعاد تأثيرگذار فضاي مجازي در ارتكاب جرائم مواد مخدر) با ضريب پايايي 0/832 را تكميل نمودند. براي تجزيه‌ و تحليل داده­ ها از نرم­ افزار Spss ويرايش 22 استفاده شد. يافته ­ها حاكي از آن بود كه متغيرهاي تحقيق (1- تبليغات در خصوص انواع مواد مخدر در فضاي سايبر، 2- اشتراك نظرات در خصوص اثرات ناشي از مصرف مواد مخدر در فضاي سايبر، 3- اشتراك و انتشار اطلاعات در خصوص شيوه‌هاي توليد و استفاده از مواد مخدر در فضاي سايبر و 4- عدم كنترل و دسترسي به اطلاعاتِ فعالينِ مجازيِ موادِ مخدر توسط پليس و نهادهاي مبارز) نقش بسزايي در ارتكاب جرائم مواد مخدر در بستر فضاي سايبر دارند. نتايج نشان داد در حال حاضر فضاي سايبر مي­ تواند تأثير بسزايي در گرايش به اعتياد، سوءمصرف مواد مخدر و وقوع ديگر جرائم ناشي از آن داشته باشد.

Committing drug-related crimes, especially addiction to them, among the various strata of society, , in addition to all that is said to be addiction, is a phenomenon with more hidden layers and more dimensions than addiction itself. Statistics show that the rates of people involved with the addiction problem and the number of perpetrators of drug-related crimes, which are subject to cyberspace activities, are increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of cyberspace in drug offenses in 2017. The present study was descriptivesurvey. The statistical population included all senior social and legal experts in the field of counter-narcotics and the judiciary. The statistical population of this study, all the experts were selected by statistical sampling method and completed a researcher-made questionnaire (impact scale of cyberspace in drug offenses) with a reliability coefficient of 0.832. The SPSS 22 software was used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that research variables (1) advertising on types of drugs in cyberspace, 2) sharing opinions on the effects of drug use in cyberspace, 3) sharing and disseminating information on production practices and The use of drugs in cyberspace, and the lack of control and access to the information of the virtual drug activists by the police and the fighting agencies) have a significant role in committing drug offenses in the cyberspace. The results showed that cyber space could have a significant impact on addiction, drug abuse, and other crimes due to it.
