علل اعتياد به سيگار و قليان و ارائه راهكارهاي خود مراقبتي در دانش آموزان نوجوان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم استان ايلام

زمينه و هدف: اعتياد يك بيماري مزمن مربوط به سيستم عصب مركزي است كه در اثر عوامل ژنتيكي، فيزيولوژيك و اجتماعي رشد و بروز پيدا مي كند و فرد را دچار اختلال در كنترل انجام عملي يا احساس اجبار در انجام يك عمل به صورت تكرار و شدت كرده، هر چند با وجود آگاهي فرد نسبت به عواقب خطرناك آن باشد. هدف پژوهش، بررسي علل اعتياد سيگار و قليان در دانش آموزان نوجوان دختر مقطع منوسطه دوم در استان ايلام در سال تحصيلي 99-98 است. روش شناسي: اين پژوهش از نوع كاربردي و با روش توصيفي بوده و با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري سيستماتيك و از شاخص هاي آمار توصيفي ( فراواني و درصد) استفاده شده است. يافته ها: علل اعتياد به سيگار و قليان بر اثر تقليد از والدين، اطرافيان و دوستان، دسترسي ساده به سيگار و قليان، نداشتن تفريحات و سرگرمي هاي متنوع و جذاب جايگزين در زندگي، رسيدن به آرامش كاذب، حل و يا فرار از مشكلات روزمره، احساس سرخوشي، نمايش اقتدار و بزرگي در خانواده، جمع دوستان و جامعه است.
