بررسي رويكرد ‌بهينۀ خدمت سربازي بر كارآفريني نظامي كشور (مورد مطالعه: پادگان ميثم تهران، معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا)

اهميت نيروي انساني در پيشبرد اهداف نظامي كشور هر روز بيش از پيش به عنوان يك عنصر كليدي در فعاليت‌هاي كارآفريني نظامي آشكار مي‌شود و از آن جايي كه انجام خدمت سربازي بر عهده نيروي جوان ذكور كشور است، هدايت اين سرمايۀ ملي و با ارزش با رويكردي بهينه مي‌تواند در پيشبرد اهداف كارآفريني نظامي كشور نقش به سزايي داشته باشد. مقام معظم رهبري (مد ظله العالي) يكي از راه‌هاي عبور از مقطع حساس و سرنوشت ساز كنوني را، جدي گرفتن اقتصاد مقاومتي خواندند و تأكيد كردند: اقتصاد مقاومتي يك شعار نيست بلكه يك واقعيتي است كه مي‌بايست محقق شود. هم چنين ايشان در سخنان خود در زمينۀ كارآفريني بر اين موضوع ‌‌تأكيد داشتند كه كشور ما در حال حاضر بيش از هر زمان ديگري به كار و كارآفريني نياز دارد. لذا هدف اصلي در اين مقاله بررسي رويكرد ‌بهينۀ خدمت سربازي بر كارآفريني نظامي كشور مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق در بين سربازان ‌وظيفۀ مستقر در معاونت آماد و پشتيباني ناجا (پادگان ميثم) آزمون شد. اين مقاله ميزان كارآفريني نظامي را با استفاده از مدل استيونيون در پادگان ميثم بررسي كرده است. سؤال اصلي تحقيق اين است كه ميزان تأثير خدمت سربازي بر كارآفريني نظامي، تا چه حدي است؟ ابزار مورد استفاده تحقيق، پرسش‌نامه‌ و روش مورد استفاده در تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها، آمار توصيفي و استنباطي بوده است. پايايي ابزار پرسش‌نامه به تائيد رسيده و ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي آن 0/8 محاسبه شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد به كارگيري رويكرد بهينه در خدمت سربازي بر كارآفريني نظامي تأثير گذار بوده و در پيشبرد اهداف كارآفريني نظامي نقش مثبتي دارد.

Therefore the Main aim in this Article id to Study Optimal Approach of the Military Service and the Military Entrepreneurship. This Research Applied Among 108 Soldiers of the 150 Soldiers Stationed in “Meysam Garrison of NAJA, Deputyship of Support”. This Article Has Studied the Amount of Military Entrepreneurship Using the Model of Stionion in Garrison Meysam. The Main Research Question is to Detrmine the Amount of the Effect of Military Service on Military Entrepreneurship, Which is One of the Sub Organizational Entrepreneurship. Tools Used by Research is Questionnaire and Method of Study is Was Statistics and Descriptive Analysis. Questionnaire Reliability Has Confirmed and the Coefficient of kronbach Has been Calculated for 8/0. The Research Shows Using Optimal Approach in the Military Service is Influential on Military Entrepreneurship and Is a Positive Role to Conductuing Military Entrepreneurship Goals.
