الگوي هدايت سياسي در انديشه سياسي رهبر معظم انقلاب

The model of political leadership in the political thought of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution

هدايت در ادبيات اسلامي داراي مفهوم متعالي است و در مركز تعريف سياست در منابع اسلامي قرار دارد و هويت بخش آن مي باشد كه هم به سياست تشخّص دروني داده و هم تمايزبخش آن با غير شده است(تاريخچة). پژوهش در باره هدايت سياسي برخلاف مقوله هدايت از سابقه زيادي برخوردار نيست به طريق اولي فقد پژوهشي در انديشه سياسي رهبر معظم انقلاب نيز مبرهن است(پيشينه). انديشه سياسي رهبر معظم انقلاب در خصوص هدايت سياسي چه الگويي ارائه مي دهد؟(سؤال). روشي كه براي حصول به اين پرسش بكار برده شد، داده بنياد (گراندد تئوري) با رويكرد استراوس و كوربين است كه روشي نظامند را براي پژوهش هاي كيفي ارائه داده اند(روش). در اين پژوهش 548 گزاره منتخب در فرايند كدگذاري باز از بيانات رهبر معظم انقلاب، استخراج شد و با تعمق اين گزاره ها، 688 مفهوم يا مضمون بدست آمد. از بررسي مقايسه اي اين مفاهيم، 101 مقوله حاصل شد. در كدگذاري محوري، مقوله هاي شناختي و ادراكي، گرايشي و عاطفي و كنشي و رفتاري از ميان اين مقوله ها به عنوان پديده هاي محوري استنباط گرديد و ساير مقوله ها بر حسب نوع ارتباط آنها با مقوله محوري، به عوامل علي، زمينه اي، مداخله گر، راهبردها و پيامدها صورت بندي گرديد و در كدگذاري انتخابي، مقوله"انسان سياسي تراز نظام و انقلاب" به مثابه پديده مركزي همه مقوله ها را در حول خود يكپارچه كرده است و بدين ترتيب الگوي هدايت سياسي در انديشه سياسي رهبر معظم انقلاب تدوين گرديد.

Guidance has a transcendent meaning in Islamic literature and is at the center of the definition of politics in Islamic sources; and it is its identity which has both internalized politics and differentiated it from others (history). Research on political leadership, unlike the category of leadership, does not have a long history. In the first way, the lack of research in the political thought of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution is also evident (background). What model can the political thought of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution regarding political guidance provide? (Question). The method used to answer this question is data foundation (grounded theory) with the approach of Strauss and Corbin, who have provided a systematic approach to qualitative research (method). In this research, 548 selected propositions in the open coding process were extracted from the statements of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, and by contemplating these propositions, 688 concepts or themes were obtained. A comparative study of these concepts revealed 101 categories. In axial coding, cognitive and perceptual categories, tendencies and emotions, and action and behavior were inferred from these categories as axial phenomena. an‎d other categories, according to the type of their relationship with the central category, were formulated into causal, contextual, intervening factors, strategies and consequences. an‎d in the selective coding, the category of “political man at the level of the system and the revolution” as a central phenomenon has integrated all categories around it and thus a model of political guidance in the political thought of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution was developed.
