دوگانه صلح و عدالت در انديشه رهبران انقلاب اسلامي و نئوگرامشين هاي روابط بين الملل

Peace and Justice Duality in thoughts of Leaders of Islamic Revolution and Neo-Gramscian Thinkers of International Relations

مفاهيم صلح و عدالت در انديشه سياسي رهبران انقلاب اسلامي جايگاهي كانوني دارد. در نگاه رهبران انقلاب نسبتي وثيق ميان اين دو مفهوم برقرار است. ايشان معتقدند صلح پايدار تنها زماني ايجاد خواهد شد كه نظامي عادلانه در جهان برقرار گردد. به عبارت ديگر مبناي صلح، عدالت است. مروري بر آثار متفكرين انتقادي روابط بين الملل به خصوص نئوگرامشين هايي چون رابرت كاكس نشان مي‌دهد كه آنها هم در ظاهر امر چنين اعتقادي دارند. (سوال): همين شباهت ظاهري اين سوال را مطرح مي‌نمايد كه اين دو مكتب چه تشابهات و چه تفاوت‌هايي با يكديگر دارند. (فرضيه): به‌رغم وجود تشابه اين دو مكتب در اعتقاد به پيش بيني بودن عدالت نسبت به صلح و برخي موارد ديگر، اما به دليل تفاوت‌هاي مهم فرانظري، اين دو مكتب تفاوت‌هاي قابل‌توجهي با يكديگر دارند. موضوعي كه در ذيل سه محور «صلح و عدالت در عالم نظر»، «وضعيت صلح و عدالت در عصر كنوني« و «راه‌كارهاي تغيير در نظام كنوني» واكاويده شده است. (تاريخچه): با توجه به اينكه آثار قابل‌توجهي در بررسي تطبيقي اين دو مكتب وجود ندارد، (روش): اين مقاله با بهره مندي از روش تطبيقي به بررسي تفاوت‌ها و تشابهات اين دو مكتب پرداخته است. (يافته): يافته هاي مقاله حكايت از آن دارد كه با توجه به نگرش همزمان رهبران انقلاب اسلامي به دو ساحت معنايي و مادي روابط بين الملل، مي توان با بهره مندي از آموزه هاي ايشان خلاء هاي موجود در رويكردهاي انتقادي روابط بين الملل را كه عموماً نگرشي مادي به روابط بين‌الملل دارند را پُر نمود.

Peace and Justice are critical conceptions in the political thought of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. Thinkers of Critical theory of International Relations, also, put much emphasis on the concepts. Meanwhile, some Neo-Gramscian thinkers such as Robert Cox enjoys a very remarkable status. Arguing that the US hegemony is based on three pillars of Power, Ideas and Institutions, Cox has seriously challenged the prevalent injustice in the current world order. That’s why, he argues, the order is unstable. Analyzing the political thoughts of the Leaders of the Islamic Revolution demonstrates that they, also, believe that there is a strong and meaningful correlation between two concepts of Justice and Peace. They believe that any stable Peace would be possible only after establishment of a Just order in International arena. Based on the viewpoints of both schools of thought, Justice is a base and a prerequisite for any stable Peace. Though their conception of the Justice and its meaning differ greatly, but they share the idea that Justice is the benchmark and cornerstone for any peaceful order. Utilizing comparative methodology, the present paper outlines the perspective of both parties on concepts of Peace and Justice, then scrutinizes the similarities and differences in their views. Findings of the paper demonstrate that due to the comprehensive approach of Leaders of Islamic Revolution that encompasses material and ideational factors, it is capable of covering the flaws in the arguments of the Critical Theories of International Relations, which solely focus on material factors.
