The importance of cultural foundations in designing the Iranian-Islamic model of progress (With emphasis on cultural-religious implications of Japanese development)

هدف: پيشرفت و توسعه مفهوم چندگانه و پيچيده‌اي است‌كه عوامل متعدد و متنوعي در سطوح گوناگون بر تحقق و گسترش آن تأثيرگذار است. از ميان اين عوامل، عامل فرهنگي را مي‌بايست به‌عنوان متغير نسبتاً مغفول و پنهان و البته تعيين‌كننده قلمداد كرد كه به‌مثابه موتور محركه اصلي در پيشبرد توسعه و پيشرفت عمل مي‌كند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي تأثير فرهنگ بر گفتمان‌هاي پيشرفت و توسعه و نوعي الگوگيري براي ايران است. روش‌شناسي پژوهش: اين پژوهش با روش تحليلي- توصيفي و با ابزار اسنادي و كتابخانه‌اي تهيه شده است. يافته‌ها: در پي يافتن پاسخ پرسش اصلي مقاله پيش رو است‌ كه چه مؤلفه‌هايي در بطن فرهنگ و اجتماع ژاپن وجود دارد كه زمينه پيشرفت اقتصادي جهشي و شتابان اين كشور را فراهم آورده است؟ پاسخ به اين پرسش مي‌تواند حاوي دلالت‌هايي فرهنگي- مذهبي براي الگوي ايراني- اسلامي پيشرفت باشد؟ فرضيه اصلي اين نوشتار آن است‌كه عامل اوليه اصلي در پيشرفت صنعتي و رشد شتابان اقتصادي در ژاپن در سده گذشته حاصل تأثيرپذيري از روايت‌هاي مذهبي و فرهنگي آنها از مقولات مرتبط با پيشرفت و توسعه است. نتيجه‌گيري: ازاين‌رو با الهام از اين واقعيت تاريخي، لازمه ايجاد و تثبيت گفتمان ترقي و توسعه در ايران فارغ از تغييرات سياسي در سطح دولتي، شكل‌گيري نوعي تحول اساسي در رويكردهاي فرهنگي - مذهبي ايرانيان نسبت به مفهوم پيشرفت خواهد بود.
