واكاوي توسعه و امنيت در انقلاب اسلامي ايران مبتني بر روش سناريو‌نويسي در آينده‌پژوهي

Analysis of Development and Security in the Islamic Revolution of Iran Based on the scenario method of Futures Studies

هدف: امنيت و توسعه هر دو مفاهيمي چندسويه و پيچيده هستند كه از ابعاد مختلف قابل بررسي مي­باشند. در امر توسعه، امنيت يكي از زيربناهاي اصلي است و توسعه خود عاملي براي تقويت امنيت است. در اين تحقيق تلاش مي‌شود اين دو مفهوم كليدي را طي دوران40 ساله انقلاب اسلامي ايران بازخواني نمائيم تا ضمن ارائه تعريفي جامع، به بررسي وجوه مختلف هر يك از اين مفاهيم بپردازيم. روش‌شناسي پژوهش: در اين پژوهش با ماهيت كاربردي- توسعه‌اي تلاش خواهيم كرد در فضاي كيفي و اكتشافي به بررسي و تحليل روند‌ها و مستندات موجود پرداخته تا از اين طريق به ارتباط بين مفاهيم امنيت و توسعه دست يابيم. رويكرد قالب تحقيق نيز مبتني بر ديدگاه و آموزه‌هاي آينده‌پژوهي خواهد بود. يافته‌ها: براي پاسخ به پرسش اصلي تحقيق، مفهوم ظرف زماني آينده براي توسعه و امنيت مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد. با استفاده از روش ماتريس متقابل شامل دو مؤلفه امنيت و توسعه، حالت‌هاي ممكن را ارزيابي و بررسي مي‌نمائيم. سناريوهاي چهارگانه احصاء‌شده در اين تحقيق با روش شناسايي پيشران­ها و تحليل عدم‌قطعيت‌ها تدوين خواهند شد. نتيجه‌گيري: با تحليل و بررسي سناريوهاي تدوين شده؛ نكات قابل توجهي احصاء شد كه با مطالعه و تحليل آنها به موضوعات و توصيه‌هاي سياستي و كاربردي حائز اهميتي دست يافتيم كه كاربست آنها اركان و عوامل همگرايي توسعه و امنيت انقلاب اسلامي ايران را در آينده فراهم خواهد ساخت. اين تحقيق از اين حيث و همچنين تدوين سناريوهاي چهارگانه‌اي كه در آن تدوين شده است در زمره تحقيقات نوآورانه بشمار مي‌رود.

Security and development are both complex and multidimensional concepts that can be examined from different angles. In development, security is one of the key infrastructures, and development is a factor in enhancing security. In this applied-developmental research, we will attempt to recapitulate these two key concepts in the 40-year period of the Islamic Revolution in Iran in a qualitative and exploratory space, based on a futuristic approach and using library trends and documentation. Each of these aspects, with a forward-looking approach to Iran's forward-thinking scenarios. The Relationship between Security and Development Concepts Based on Future Research The question of this research is to investigate the concept of future timeframe for development and security by answering this question and using the matrix method with two components of security and development, possible modes of evaluation and Are checked. The four scenarios presented in this research will be formulated and processed by the method of identifying the uncertainties and analyzing the uncertainties that come to you in terms of research innovation. Analyzing and analyzing the developed scenarios, we will highlight some important issues that will be addressed by studying the relevant policy and practical issues and recommendations that will enable them to integrate the development and security of the Islamic Revolution in the future.
