رابطه بين ابعاد رهبري معنوي واعتماد سازماني (مورد مطالعه: كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان)

The relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and organizational trust (Case study: Golestan police headquarters staff)

در بسياري از كشورهاي جهان اعتماد كاركنان بخش عمومي به سازمان ها رو به كاهش بوده و يكي از سازوكارهايي كه باعث ارتقاي اعتماد در اين سازمان ها مي شود، به كارگيري رهبري معنوي است. بنابراين محققين اين تحقيق را با هدف بررسي رابطه رهبري معنوي واعتماد سازماني انجام داده اند. جامعه آماري كاركنان ستاد فرماندهي نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان مي باشد كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده 92 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. روش تحقيق بر مبناي هدف كاربري و بر اساس گرداوري داد ه ها توصيفي – همبستگي است. روش گردآوري داده ها كتابخانه اي و ميداني است به كمك پرسشنامه، داده ها جمع آوري گرديد و روايي آن از طريق روايي صوري و پايايي آن با توجه به اينكه الفاي كرونباخ آن بالا 7/ 0 بود تاييد شد. نتايج تحليل ها با استفاده از آزمون پيرسون بيانگر نشان داد كه بين ابعاد رهبري معنوي و اعتماد عمودي سازماني در نيروي انتظامي استان گلستان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.

In many countries of the world, public sector employees' trust in organizations is declining and one of the mechanisms that promotes trust in these organizations is the use of spiritual leadership. Therefore, researchers have conducted this study with the aim of investigating the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational trust. The statistical population is the staff of the Golestan Police Headquarters. Using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling, 92 people were selected as the sample size. The research method is descriptive-correlation based on user purpose and based on data collection. The method of data collection is library and field. Data were collected using a questionnaire and its validity was confirmed through face validity and its reliability due to the fact that Cronbach's alpha was above 0.7. The results of the analysis using Pearson test showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and vertical organizational trust in the police force of Golestan province.
