چكيده فارسي :
موفقيت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﻣﺮي ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﯾﮏ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب آﮔﺎﻫﺎﻧﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ را ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ داﻧﻨﺪ و ﻫﺮ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺤﺮاف از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ و ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﻫﺪاف ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺷﺪه را ﻧﺎﮐﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﯽ اﻧﮕﺎرﻧﺪ. از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻧﺎن، ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﭼﯿﺰي ﺟﺰ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه ﻧﯿﺴﺖ. از ﻃﺮﻓﯽ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﯿﺮ در ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﺳﺖ. اﺧﻼق ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز ﺗﻤﺎم ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ﻫﺎ و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ. ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاي ارﺗﻘﺎء وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺑﯿﮓ زاده)1393(و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺪل آﭼﯿﻮ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان؛ 195 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ داده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن وآزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ، ﺑﺮﺗﺮي ﺟﻮﯾﯽ و رﻗﺎﺑﺖ ﻃﻠﺒﯽ ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 4/43دراوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول ﻗﺮاردارد، در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد و در اداﻣﻪ اﺣﺘﺮام ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 4/33دراوﻟﻮﯾﺖ دوم و ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ و اﻧﺼﺎف ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 2/93 در رﺗﺒﻪ ﻫﻔﺘﻢ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد درﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ راﺑﻄﻪ را ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﻧﺎﺟﺎ دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The success of the organization is not accidental, but the success of the organization is a conscious choice. Managers see success as achieving organizational goals and fail to deviate from the plan and distance from the projected goals. In their view, the success of the organization is nothing but achieving the set goals. Ethics is a matter for all professions and organizations. Organizational performance is also an issue that needs to be addressed to improve the status of the organization. On the other hand, professional ethics is the most important variable in the success of the organization. In this study, the role of professional ethics on organizational performance is discussed. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of professional ethics on organizational performance. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive research method is correlation. For data collection, Bigzade Professional Ethics Questionnaire (1393) and Achievement Model of Organizational Performance Questionnaire were used. The statistical population of this study included all staff of Hormozgan Police Command Headquarters. The sample was 195 according to Cochran formula. Spearman's correlation coefficient, Friedman's regression and test were used for inferential analysis of the data. The results show that there is a significant relationship between the professional ethics of its components and organizational performance. Also, according to Friedman test, superiority and competitiveness were 4.43 in the first priority, thus having the highest relationship with organizational performance and in the other respect respect to others in 4.33 second and justice and fairness with the coefficient of 2.93 in seventh and The bottom line is, therefore, the least correlated with organizational performance in the country
