چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺳﺖ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﮔﺮدد. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از اﺑﺰار ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺎرﺗﻮن )1990( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي ﺑﺎردﻧﺰ و ﻣﺘﺰﮐﺎس )1969( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺳﺘﺎد ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان؛ 196 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ داده ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎي اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارSPSS و ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﭙﯿﺮﻣﻦ و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن و آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي اﺛﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ، ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 2/15در اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ اول ﻗﺮاردارد در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺛﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي دارد و در اداﻣﻪ ﺷﻨﻮدي ﺑﺎﺿﺮﯾﺐ 1/93 دراوﻟﻮﯾﺖ دوم و ﮐﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 1/92 در رﺗﺒﻪ ﺳﻮم و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻗﺮار دارد در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﺛﺮ را ﺑﺮ ﺳﺒﮏ رﻫﺒﺮي دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of communication skills on leadership style. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive research method is correlation. To collect data, Barton (1990) and Bardens & Metzkas (1969) standard questionnaires of leadership style were used. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Hormozgan Police Command Headquarters. The sample was 194 based on Cochran formula. SPSS software, Spearman correlation coefficient, regression and Friedman test were used for inferential analysis of data. The results show that communication skills and communication components have a significant effect on leadership style. Also, according to Friedman test, feedback of 2.15 is in the first priority, thus having the highest effect on leadership style, followed by auditory with 1.93 in second and verbal with 1.92 in third and final rank, thus having the least effect. Has a leadership style.
