Investigating the causes and factors affecting the crime of intentional beating in Hormozgan province

ﺑﯽ ﺷﮏ آﻣﺎر و اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺑﺤﺚ در ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي و ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ وﺳﯿﻠﻪ آن اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻻزم را ﺑﺮاي ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﮔﺬاري درزﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﭘﯿﺸﮕﯿﺮي از ﺟﺮم در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮان ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﺟﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎر ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﻮان »ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺟﺮم ﺿﺮب وﺷﺘﻢ ﻋﻤﺪي در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن« ﻃﺮح ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و اﻓﺴﺮان ﺷﺎﻏﻞ در ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ و ﻗﻀﺎت دادﮔﺎه ﮐﯿﻔﺮي و اﻋﻀﺎء ﺷﻮراي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﮔﺎﻣﯽ در راﺳﺘﺎي دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺟﺮم ﺿﺮب وﺟﺮح ﻋﻤﺪي در اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺑﺮدارد. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري آن را 250 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﺎن اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ و ﻗﻀﺎت دادﮔﺎه ﮐﯿﻔﺮي و اﻋﻀﺎء ﺷﻮراي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔﺎن ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 110 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 4/26 ، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/78، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/68 و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/24 در ﺳﻄﺢ 5 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺟﺮم و ﺟﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارﻧﺪ و ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻮدن اﯾﻦ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ در واﻗﻊ ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ، ﻣﯿﺰان ﺟﺮم و ﺟﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﯿﺰ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽ ﯾﺎﺑﺪ.

Undoubtedly, crime statistics and information are the most important issues in planning and prevention, so that the decision makers can provide the necessary information for planning and policy-making in the field of crime prevention. In this article, entitled "Investigating the Factors Affecting the Crime of Deliberate Beating in Hormozgan Province", the researcher distributes the questionnaire among commanders, managers and officers working in the Disciplinary Command and Judges of the Criminal Court and members of the Hormozgan Provincial Security Council. Take into account the factors affecting the crime of intentional assault in Hormozgan province. The present research method is survey and its statistical population consists of 250 law enforcement commanders and judges of the Criminal Court and members of Hormozgan Provincial Security Council. Using Cochran's table, 110 people are considered as the research sample, as well as measuring tools. This study was a questionnaire. The results show that: the variable of social factors with an average of 4.26, the variable of cultural factors with an average of 3.78, the variable of economic factors with an average of 3.68 and the variable of political factors with an average of 3.24 at the level of 5% have a significant effect on crime. The fact that this factor is positive indicates that with the increase of these factors, the crime rate will also increase
