برنامه ريزي توسعه گردشگري شهري اصفهان با تاكيد بر بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا : مطالعه موردي منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان

Isfahan Urban Tourism Development Planning with Emphasis on Recreation Based Culture: A Case Study of District 3 of Isfahan City

در بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا، عامل فرهنگ به عنوان يك راهبرد توسعه‌اي بسيار مهم در مقياس محلي و جهاني مطرح است. كارشناسان اذعان دارند مسئولين شهرها بر نقش تأثيرگذار فرهنگ به عنوان محرك و سياست مداخله‌اي بر بازآفريني شهري و گسترش توسعه گردشگري شهري تأكيد مي‌نمايد. ارتباط زيادي بين فرهنگ و توسعه گردشگري شهري وجود دارد.اين پژوهش با رويكرد پيمايشي به برنامه‌ريزي توسعه گردشگري شهري منطقه 3 اصفهان با تاكيد بر بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا پرداخته است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه و حجم نمونه پژوهش 384 نفر بوده است. نتايج نشان داد عناصر تاريخي منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان به لحاظ كالبد، عملكرد، ارزش معماري نقش زيادي در توسعه گردشگري شهري منطقه دارند. آداب و رسوم، فرهنگ مهمان نوازي و رفتاري مردم در جذب گردشگري شهري نقش زيادي دارد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد از جمله برنامه‌ها و فعاليت‌هايي كه بايد در برنامه‌ريزي توسعه گردشگري شهري منطقه 3 اصفهان مدنظر مسئولان و مديران شهري قرار گيرد ساماندهي، مرمت و حفاظت عناصر تاريخي شامل حمام‌هاي تاريخي، مساجد و ... بايد باشند. در اين بين بايد به احياي هويت فرهنگي و ايجاد حس تعلق مكاني در بافت‌هاي تاريخي منطقه نيز توجه نمود. بررسي ميانگين مولفه‌هاي تاثيرگذار بر توسعه گردشگري شهري منطقه 3 اصفهان نشان داد مراكز تفريحي تعريف شده در شهر، كاخ هشت بهشت، عناصر طبيعي موجود در منطقه3، مجموعه نقش جهان با كاربري‌هاي اطراف و عناصر تاريخي موجود در منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان بيشترين تاثير را در توسعه گردشگري شهري منطقه 3 شهر اصفهان دارند.

In the base culture Regeneration, culture factor is considered to be very important development strategy in local and global scale. Many experts acknowledge urban authorities should emphasis on the role of culture as a stimulant and policy intervention on urban regeneration and extension of urban tourism development, owning to a great connection between culture and development of urban tourism. Since the city of Isfahan has a historical context and valuable cultural elements; this survey with research approach has considered the development of Urban Tourism Region 3 in Isfahan, with emphasis on recreating the culture-based studies. The tool of information gathering is questionnaire and sample data were 384 people. The results show that historical elements of Region 3 of Isfahan in terms of body, function and architecture value play a major role in the development of urban tourism. The results also demonstrate programs and activities such as organizing, restoration and preservation of historical elements including historic baths, old mosques and schools, historical and valuable textures should be noticed in the region 3 of Isfahan by officials and city managers. In the meantime, it should be considered to restore cultural identity and to create a sense of place belonging in the historical context of the region. study the average of influential components on the development of the urban tourism in region 3 of Isfahan Naghsh Jahan set with surroundings and the historical available elements in Region 3 of Isfahan have greatest impact on Urban Tourism Development in Region 3 city of Isfahan.
