چكيده فارسي :
نقش خودرو به‌عنوان يكي از امكانات و تسهيلات هر سازماني در انجام مأموريت‌ها و رسيدن به اهداف بر هيچ كسي پوشيده نيست. در سازمان‌هاي نظامي ابزارهاي حمل‌ونقل در انجام مأموريت‌ها در اثربخشي تمامي اجزاء سازمان اثرگذار است. لذا تعيين شاخص‌هاي ارزيابي عملكرد اين ابزار(خودرو) براي سازمان‌هاي نظامي از اهميت ويژه‌اي برخوردار است. هدف از اين تحقيق شناسايي و اولويت‌بندي شاخص‌هاي مؤثر در ارزيابي عملكرد خودروي فاتق در مأموريت‌هاي ناجا مي‌باشد. در راستاي هدف تحقيق ابتدا شاخص‌هاي مؤثر از طريق روش دلفي فازي و بكارگيري نظرات 17 خبره، شناسايي شدند. شاخص‌هاي شناسايي شده شامل 19 شاخص بودند كه به چهار خوشه توان رزمي، قابليت‌هاي فني، قدرت مانور و ويژگي عملكردي تقسيم توسط روش شدند. سپس شاخص‌هاي شناسايي‌شده ديمتل فازي با كمك نرم‌افزار Excel اولويت‌بندي و شدت تأثير شاخص‌هاي اثرگذاري اثرپذير مشخص شدند. روش دي متل براي بررسي مسائل پيچيده استفاده مي‌شود. نتايج تحقيق حاكي از آن است كه شاخص ميزان محافظت نيروهاي خودي در مقابل پرتاب اشياء از خوشه ويژگي عملكردي داراي اولويت اول بين شاخص‌هاي شناسايي شده مي‌باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Auto role as one of the facilities of any organization mission and goals of No is no secret. Means of transport in the military mission in the effectiveness of all components of the organization is effective. The index for evaluating the performance of the tool auto-military organizations is of particular importance. The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize effective measures in evaluating the performance of the car is Fatq police missions. For the purpose of study, the effective indices through the use of feedback and fuzzy Delphi method 17 experts were identified. Index includes 19 indicators that were identified in four clusters combat capabilities, technical capabilities, maneuverability and performance characteristics were divided. The index identified by the method of fuzzy Dymtl Excel software with priority and impact indicators were identified Asrgzarv impressionable. Dymtl method used to study complex issues. The results suggests that the index protect friendly forces against throwing objects clusters functional features have first priority index is detected.
