بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر مديريت انتظامي ناآرامي‌هاي ورزشي (مورد مطالعه ورزشگاه آزادي)

حرفه‌اي شدن ورزش و افزايش هيجانات ناشي از مسابقات آن، به‌تدريج به تعداد تماشاگران آن افزوده است. به موازات صنعتي شدن و حرفه‌اي شدن فوتبال، كژ كاركردي‌هايي نظير غوغاگري، پرخاشگري و رفتارهاي ونداليستيك تماشاگران به ميزان كم‌وبيش زيادي در كشورهاي مختلف به وجود آمده و كشور ما نيز طي سال‌هاي اخير شاهد رشد اين پديده بوده است و به دليل بروز تبعات امنيتي، اين پژوهش با هدف پيشگيري انتظامي از اين پديده و بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر مديريت انتظامي ناآرامي‌هاي ورزشي (مورد مطالعه ورزشگاه آزادي) انجام شده است. چارچوب نظري اين پژوهش بر اساس تبيين‌هاي روان‌شناختي و جامعه‌شناختي تدوين شده تا در نهايت مجموعه عوامل مؤثر بر بروز ناآرامي‌هاي ورزشي مشخص گردد. اين تحقيق با استفاده از روش كمي مبتني بر توصيفي، پيمايشي بر روي 131 نفر از صاحب‌نظران پليس و دانشگاهي و با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته، انجام شده كه براي اعتبار پايايي آلفاي كرونباخ 0.824 به دست آمده است و از آزمون ناپارامتريك خي دو، جهت آزمون فرضيه‌هاي تحقيق، استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه در بين عوامل مختلف، «رفتار و عكس‌العمل‌هاي هيجاني مربيان دو تيم»؛ «حساسيت بازي از نظر نتيجه»؛ «بيكاري تماشاگران»؛ «عملكرد غلط ليدرها»؛ «كمبود نيروي پليس آموزش‌ديده و باتجربه» در بروز ناآرامي‌هاي ورزشي از تأثير به سزايي برخوردار مي‌باشند.
