چالش هاي تعامل پليس با ساير سازمان ها در برقراري نظم و امنيت مسابقات فوتبال با تأكيد استانداردهاي ايمني و امنيتي استاديوم هاي ورزشي(مورد مطالعه استان خوزستان)

Challenges of police interaction with other organization to make a discipline and safety of football matches with emphasis on the safety and security standards of the sport stadiums

پيشبرد هدف واحد در طرح هاي كنترل اجتماعات ورزشي و گسترده مطابق با استانداردهاي موجود،نيازمند تصميم گيران و مجرياني يكپارچه است. يكي از اقدامات در اين حوزه شناسايي چالش هاي تعامل پليس با ساير سازمان ها در برقراري نظم و امنيت مسابقات فوتبال با تأكيد بر استانداردهاي ايمني و امنيتي استاديوم هاي ورزشي مي باشد.در اين تحقيق با روشي پيمايشي از بين فرماندهان خبره و كارشناسان ارشد انتظامي ،مديريت هاي ارشد استاديوم ها،باشگاه ها، كارشناسان ورزشي ،مديران سازمان هاي امدادي، خدمات رسان و رسانه ها به صورت تمام شمار به تعداد120 نفر به طور هدفمند در استان خوزستان انتخاب شدند.ابزار گردآوري داده هاي پژوهش،پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است كه روايي آن از طريق اساتيد وكارشناسان خبره وپايايي پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ با ضريب 93% محاسبه گرديد و براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي (Tتك نمونه‌اي) براي تحليل نقش تعامل پليس با ساير سازمان ها از آزمون همبستگي پيرسون و بررسي اولويت متغيرها از آزمون تحليل فريدمن استفاده شده است كه مديريت امنيت با ميانگين 2.16 درصد در در رتبه اول و مديريت ساختاري(ايمني)با ميانگين 2.07 در رتبه دوم و مديريت فرهنگي يا ميانگين 1.77در رتبه سوم با سطح معناداري 0.05 مورد تأييد قرار گرفته اند وهمچنين هر سه متغير تحقيق در ميزان اهميت از نظركاركنان انتظامي و كاركنان غير انتظامي يكسان است و با توجه به نتايج بدست آمده تعامل سازماني پليس در رفع معايب ساختاري ،اقدامات امنيتي ،مشكلات مديريتي استاديوم ها با هدف ارتقاء استانداردهاي امنيتي مسابقات فوتبال در استان خوزستان موثر مي باشد.
