تحليل روند آبرساني به شهرها و روستاهاي ايران و دفع فاضلاب از آنها طي سال هاي 91 تا 97 با استفاده از رويكرد تركيبي تصميم‌گيري چند شاخصه

Trend analyzing of water Supply to the cities and villages of Iran and wastewater disposing from them during the years 2012 to 2018 using a hybrid multiple attribute decision making approach

در سازمان‌هاي متولي خدمات هم‌چون شركت‌هاي آب و فاضلاب براي خدمات رساني بهتر نيازمند بازخورد و ارزيابي عملكرد هستند. هدف از اين تحقيق تحليل روند آبرساني به شهرها و روستاهاي ايران و دفع فاضلاب از آن‌ها طي سال‌هاي 91 تا 97 بود. به‌اين منظور در اين تحقيق توصيفي-مقطعي كه داده‌هاي مورد نياز از سالنامه‌ي آماري شركت مهندسي آب و فاضلاب كشور اقتباس شد، عملكرد چهار حوزه‌ي آبرساني شهري، آبرساني روستايي، دفع فاضلاب شهري و دفع فاضلاب روستايي طي 7 سال متوالي با استفاده يكي‌از جديدترين روش‌هاي تصميم‌گيري چندشاخصه به نام "اندازه‌گيري و رتبه‌بندي مطابق با راه حل سازشي (ماركوس)" و با درنظرگيري هر سال به‌عنوان يك گزينه و با استفاده از تحليل سري‌هاي زماني و برازش خطي به‌كمك نرم‌افزارهاي EXCEL و SPSS مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته شد. نتايج با سطح اطمينان 99 درصد نشان داد عملكرد هر چهار حوزه به‌طور معنادار افزايش يافته است.

Service organizations such as water and wastewater companies need feedback and performance evaluation to deliver better services. The purpose of this study was to analyze trend of water supply to Iranian cities and villages and wastewater disposal from them during the years 2012 to 2018. For this purpose, in this descriptive-cross-sectional study that required data were adapted from the statistical yearbook of the national water and wastewater company, performance of four areas include urban water supply, rural water supply, urban wastewater disposal and rural wastewater disposal over 7 consecutive years were evaluated by using one of the newest multiple attribute decision making methods called Measurement Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (MARCOS) with considering each year as an alternative and using time series analysis and linear fitting with the help of Excel and SPSS software. The results, with a 99% confidence level, showed that the performance of all four areas has significantly increased.
