مقاله حاضر به بررسي رابطه بين اقتصاد فرهنگ و امنيت ملي‌ مي‌پردازد. اهداف اصلي پژوهش شامل، بررسي تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ بر كاهش فساد و جرايم اقتصادي، بررسي تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ بر كاهش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي و در نهايت بررسي تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ در كاهش تخلفات و ناهنجاري‌هاي ترافيكي مي‌باشد. در زمينه تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ بر كاهش فساد و جرايم، اقتصاد فرهنگ با اقداماتي چون تقويت فرهنگ مسئوليت خواهي و نقدپذيري درست، افزايش آگاهي و آموزش مردم درخصوص مقابله با فساد در كاهش آن مؤثر است. در زمينه تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ بر كاهش آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي، يافته‌هاي تحقيقات انجام گرفته در اين حوزه نشان مي‌دهد كه بين وضعيت اقتصادي افراد و وقوع جرم و ساير آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي رابطه وجود دارد، به طوري‌كه با پايين‌تر رفتن سطح درآمد، ميزان وقوع آسيب‌هاي اجتماعي افزون مي‌شود. در زمينه تأثير ات اقتصاد فرهنگ بر تخلفات و ناهنجاري‌هاي ترافيكي، آنچه در هر بحثي، از جمله حمل و نقل و ترافيك، مركز ثقل‌ است، بحث اقتصادي است. يعني اهرم‌هاي اقتصادي‌ اهرم‌هايي هستند كه مي‌توانند جهت‌هاي خوب يا بد به‌ جامعه و حركت مردم بدهند. در موضوع حمل و نقل‌ و ترافيك، اهرم‌هاي اقتصادي به شوه‌اي نادرست طراحي شده‌اند و در نتيجه‌ الگوهاي نامناسبي را هم در جامعه به وجود آورده‌اند كه نياز به بازبيني دارند.
