چكيده فارسي :
پليس جامعه‌محور در مقام پيشگيري و توجه به نگراني‌هاي شهروندان، جرم را به رفتارهايي اطلاق مي‌نمايد كه مغاير با هنجارها و معيارهاي مورد پذيرش جامعه باشد. در اين رويكرد پليس جهت رفع دغدغه‌هاي خود و اثر بخشي بيشتر اقدامات، در راستاي تحقق امنيت پايدار، لازم ديده است به طور مستقيم وارد عرصه مديريت و سياست‌گذاري پيشگيري از وقوع جرم شود. يكي از اين سياست‌ها كه امروزه در پليس پياده‌سازي شده است، اطلاع رساني انتظامي است. هدف اين پژوهش معرفي انواع اطلاعرساني انتظامي است و هم چنين در صدد پاسخ به اين سئوال مي‌باشد كه آيا مفهوم پيشگيري اجتماعي در خط و مشي اطلاعرساني انتظامي مورد استفاده پليس قرار مي‌گيرد؟ با توجه به مفهوم ذكر شده از پيشگيري اجتماعي، از ميان چهار موضوع اطلاعرساني مي‌توان اطلاع رساني قواعد اجتماعي و آموزش مهارت‌هاي زندگي به افراد را كه امروزه توسط مراكز مشاوره ناجا و هم چنين دايره اجتماعي، مددكاري و مشاوره كلانتري‌ها در دستور كار قرار دارد، به عنوان اطلاعرساني از نوع پيشگيري اجتماعي قلمداد كرد.
چكيده لاتين :
In prevention and attention to citizens’ anxieties, community policing has considered crime as behaviors that are contrary to society accepted norms and standard. In this approach to resolve its concerns and increase effectiveness in most of its initiatives to guarantee permanent security, police has entered directly in the field of management and preventive policy making to prevent crimes. Informatics is one of the policies that has been implemented in police. This article has been written for this purpose to both introduce Iran police informatics and answer this question whether the concept of social prevention has been used in Iran police informatics policies or not. As mentioned at the end of article concerning the cited concepts of social prevention, out of four informatics topics the informatics of social rules and education of life skills to individuals has been considered as informatics for social prevention which undertook today by Iran police consultation centers and social circle and helping and consultation in police stations.
