پيشگيري غير كيفري قبل از وقوع جرم به منظور جامعه پذير و قانو ن گرا ساختن افراد و حفاظت از ارزيابي عملكرد « آماج هاي جرم جهت جلوگيري از وقوع جرم انجام مي گيرد. تحقيق حاضر با هدف در سال 1393 انجام » مديريت پيشگيري غيركيفري در كاهش جرم سرقت خودرو در شهر كرمانشاه شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش و ماهيت، توصيفي – پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري تحقيق كاركنان دايره مبارزه با سرقت خودرو پليس آگاهي و كاركنان كلانتر يهاي تابع شهرستان كرمانشاه هستند كه تعداد كل آن ها برابر 822 نفر است. بر اساس فرمول كوكران و روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده تعداد 262 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داد هها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه پايايي آن با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ برابر محاسبه گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي حاصل از پرسشنامه ها با استفاده از نرم افزارspss با آزمون T انجام شده است. يافته ها نشان داد كه عملكرد مديريت پيشگيري وضعي (دشوار ساختن ارتكاب جرم، افزايش خطرپذيري مجرمان، كاهش جاذبه از آما ج ها و قربانيان جرم، كاهش منافع و حذف بهانه ها) در كاهش جرم سرقت خودرو تأثير دارد. هم چنين عملكرد مديريت پيشگيري اجتماعي (پيشگيري اجتماعي جامعه مدار و پيشگيري اجتماعي رشد مدار) در كاهش جرم سرقت خودرو تأثير دارد. مديريت پيشگيري غيركيفري در كاهش جرم سرقت خودرو در شهر كرمانشاه سال 1393 تأثير گذار بوده است بر همين اساس عملكرد آنها مثبت ارزيابي مي شود.
